What is life without challenges and difficulties? A garden is similar to life, there will always be weeds🌱🌻. •
Spotting weeds in your life is crucial and so is removing them. It's OK to remove people, things or experiences that impact you negativity. •
Luckily for flowers, they have gardeners removing negativity from their life. Unforutnely for you, that's not the case. You have to conciosuly be aware of people and things that make you feel a certain a way. •
When you're able and strong enough to remove weeds from your life, you will cultivate beautiful flowers and all the possible greatness in life that you deserve. •
When you remove negative self talk, you embrace positive changes on your external environment. •
Change "ugh, my acne is disgusting. I'm disgusting. How does anyone hold a conversation with me while looking at my ugly face" to "I am beautiful. I love my skin and my skin loves me. People enjoy having conversation with me because there engaging with my eyes and seeing past flaws and imperfections". •
Don't forget to embrace those weeds and thank them for their teachings. Thank them for teaching you how nourish yourself; to love yourself; to care for yourself; to look within yourself and ponder deeper reflection. •

Track Behaviours, Not Outcomes 🤙🏼
You ever feel that feeling of accomplishment throughout your week that soon gets taken away by stepping on that scale you keep using? ⚖️
Even though you felt super on top of things throughout your week by prepping meals, getting your butt to the gym (even though you probably didn’t feel like going in the first place) & saying “no” to all the yummy eateries everyone else eats around you - why does the feeling of accomplishment soon get taken away from us once we step on that darn scale⁉️
It’s because we look at the wrong things when it comes to making progress. 🚫
Why should we let a number dictate how we mentally, physically and emotionally felt about ourselves throughout the other 6 days of the week?!

Are you putting in the efforts to eat more consciously on a daily basis?
Are you going to the gym and burning those calories on a regular basis?
Did you say no to your all time favourite chocolate bar this week because you wanted to stay committed?
Are you pushing yourself to the extra mile on a consistent basis?
If yes, why are you letting the scale tell you differently ?
