Pada saat kita jatuh, ada begitu banyak hal yang menjadi pembelajaran yang membuat kita menjalani hidup dengan jauh lebih baik.
Yogyakarta, 15 November 2018
Morning 1 Rishikesh is having a party on the Ganga vs morning 2 no party on the Ganga. I’m quite enjoying my structured time here in Rishi, it’s nice to have some structure. I wake up at 6:45 every morning, I put on my yoga clothes, then my warm clothes, shoes, go to the toilet and brush my teeth and then begin listening to an audio book as I walk to class. I walk past all the Babas that are waking up and the shop keepers opening their doors for the day, I zig zag through the fresh cow shit, and cows and people that are walking very slowly as I hear honking from behind and in front and just chaos. It’s only 7am at I hit the bridge, if I’m lucky I only have to share it with a few people and I’m able to look around and say hello to Ganga, feel the fresh air on my face and maybe get pulled away from that bliss by a scooter honking and riding past. Once I cross the bridge the chaos of the other side begins. I weave through more people (a lot more on this side), the other side seems a lot more a live and awake and chaotic. I walk through the covered area with all the rickshaws, as I try to avoid the 5th person that asks me if I need a rickshaw. At last I’m in the yoga hall, I walk through to change out of my warm clothes, I grab a mat and a block and my morning begins...🙏

| JAMES DELANEY |
Depression, Anxiety & Self Sabotage
Latest podcast release - link in bio 🎧
James is a sufferer of depression, escapism and self sabotage - his words.
He is big on social media, openly sharing his challenges or struggles that he is faced with and being a massive advocate for mens health - particularly mental health.
For someone of his age, he definitely has a lot of wisdom and soul. Its only recently he has become curious about spirituality. Feeling into the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice has helped him overcome some obstacles and provided him with the compassion & love within.
I have been watching and listening to Jame’s journey with a lot of admiration and feel incredibly inspired by his work.
His commitment to talking openly about his struggles and sharing so willingly, is helping other men and people to reach out and talk about anxiety and depression. His goal is to encourage other men to reach out and feel comfortable to seeking the help they need. This is something that still needs a lot of encouragement and support amongst men - getting vulnerable.
James has taken time out to enjoy the sweetness of life and commit to his self development journey. So much respect! I understand its not easy for many people to have time off work and focus on passion projects like I did over a year ago.
This is a beautiful, raw and open interview that you will love - guarantee!
You will be swept away by his energy.
So much gratitude to @journey2bvom
For sharing your love.

In this episode, I'm taking it back to where it all started with Mind Body Musings — body image, body insecurities, body dysmorphia, exercise addition, disordered eating, and stoopid societal pressures.
Since being on the road again, I've been in some pretty unfamiliar territory. New routines. New friends. New roads to get accustomed to. New homes. New, new, new.
When many of us go into a space of the unknown, we look for places to turn to in order to feel in control again. For most women, it's food, body shaming and exercise.
We look down at our lopsided breasts and shame ourselves for being so imperfect. We look at our fingers and nitpick at their size. We see hair on our nipples and feel like wearing 10 layers of bras.
WHY DO WE DO THIS?
The media gives us its depiction of "normal" by showing us only ONE body over and over again...the body that has no cellulite, no saggy breasts and no issues in sight, so that we're convinced there's something wrong with us; that their product will save the day and make us normal.
Where do we go from there? We buy into the latest beauty product, the disordered eating mechanisms and the 90 minute treadmill programs to try to perfect ourselves. We change ourselves into something our bodies were never meant to be and it sends us into a flurry of obsession. And all for what?
Here's the truth: NONE of us look like what we see in movies or on social media-- not even the models themselves. In today's podcast episode I'm going to share with you 3 ways to stop body insecurities from ruining your day so you can move on and create real magic with your life.
