Country Brunch Skillet (Lunch Set) $95
Those skillets are basically the must-have for this restaurant . And what makes their lunch good is that they do change their skillet option regularly. And this time I got this super lovable country brunch skillet which is with bacon, green peppers, onion, poached eggs and of course tons of cheese. The potato cube is so freshly cooked, the outer crust is perfectly crispy but tender inside. And the combination... bacon, cheese, egg and potato. It’s like the perfect combination of all time. It would be better if the egg could be more poach-able. But still it’s already very nice to fix my Blue Monday blues. The waffle dessert literally light my day up!

Egg porn. Perfectly poached eggs on a piece of rye bread. Sometimes that's all you need for breakfast. My go to for brekky! Always leaves me satisfied!
Breakfast is kind of our thing ✨
Typically we love to cook eggs + potatoes. We have pretty much mastered the #brunchgame and come Sunday morning you can find us in pajamas at noon, cooking and drinking a #coffee stout ✨
Are you a #brunch fan? What is your favorite? #sweet or #savory?
Pictured is cast iron potatoes, poached eggs and a #vegan pumpkin biscuit. I love @minimalistbaker and used her recipe. But let me tell you #biscuits are HARD to make! I'm going to try again soon ✨
🌿Truffle Mushroom Toast + Smashed Avocado + Soft Boiled Eggs 🌿-
✨ “ As the years pass, I am coming more and more to understand that it is the common, everyday blessings of our common everyday lives for which we should be particularly grateful. They are the things that fill our lives with comfort and our hearts with gladness -- just the pure air to breathe and the strength to breath it; just warmth and shelter and home folks; just plain food that gives us strength; the bright sunshine on a cold day; and a cool breeze when the day is warm.” Laura Ingalls Wilder✨-
Remake of my favorite dish from from my two favorite brunch spots; @gingerandwhitelondon in London and @dignitaamsterdam in Amsterdam. Both who make the best MUSHROOM TOAST! -
RECIPE: Serves 2-
250 G of Mixed Mushrooms Sliced
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Truffle Oil
1 Tsp Dried or Fresh Chopped Sage
1.5 Tsp Cracked Sea Salt
1/4 Cup White Wine * Spray a pan/skillet with olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Sauté 1 Minute. Add the truffle oil and sage. Continue to sauté until golden brown. Once brown, on high heat, add the white wine and let evaporate. Just before serving, add the salt.-
SOFT BOILED EGGS (from @gingerandwhitelondon): Place 4 eggs (peel on) into boiling water. Immediately turn to a simmer and put a timer on for 1 Minute. Remove from the heat, cover, and let sit another 4 minutes. Remove from the water immediately and peel (PS- Be careful, these are scorching hot!)-
SMASHED AVO: Smash one large avo with 1/2 Tsp of Salt and a squeeze of lime. -
DIRECTIONS: Assemble by toasting 2 pieces of your favorite toast. Add the mushrooms, and then the smashed avo to
create a soft spot to hold the eggs. Top with the eggs and cracked red pepper flakes. Bon appetite! -
Sorry if this is too hot for you. Also if you don’t know how to make hollandaise you should click the link in my profile.

Shakshuka for brunch 🍳🍅🌿🤗 eggs poached in a spicy tomato & red pepper stew, with broccoli romanesco & chickpeas mixed in during the simmer. This has all the traditional shakshuka spices like cumin and paprika, but with a heaping teaspoon of fire roasted diced green chiles stirred in 🔥This sauce made those broccoli romanesco florets sing and dance! 💃🏻😂 We’ve both recovering from the cold 🤧 and these warm spices really hit the spot 🔥
