Training should be fun.
Rigid programming is dull and for the most part, doesn't breed a healthy individual.
As adults we spend much less time doing fun things than we should, like having water balloon fights and rolling down grassy hills.
All these activities that help us develop our motor skills.
Don't get too caught up in the, endless "squat, dead, press" cycle.
Find time to go for a walk, jump on some boulders, throw a pie at your wife or wrestle with the kids.
Children and young adults that spend more time focusing on playing and activities that encourage going through all these basic movement patterns go on to become healthier and more able bodied, get injured less and may well ultimately make for better athletes.
Play tag, climb on something or smash the shit out of your laptop, burn all your possessions and go live in a tree for the rest of your days.
