With so much rain in the forecast over, oh, the next several months, it's important to get your indoor space dialed. (It'll help with your headspace!) Indoor plants not only keep your indoor air cleaner, they've also been proven to boost your mood, so get to potting!
If you caught our stories over the weekend you may have seen that we put up our Christmas tree 👏💕 There was no more holding these little girls back. I have to admit I was pretty pumped too because this year we have a pink tree!! 🙌 I love it so much and I can’t wait to show you but for the sake of those who feel it is too early I will wait. But know that it is hiding behind this chair and making our hearts happy! 😁💗
We live in a small fishing village, it has a basketball hoop that no one ever uses it’s like a childhood dream! The boys are totally in to it too, I’m not making them take their @wilsonbasketball and forcing them to play, honest! 😬🏀
Cellulite. We all have it, but how can we get rid of it? These foods have been proven to help fight against cellulite.
Salmon- Salmon is rich in antioxidants as well as Omega 3s which break down fat cells in cellulite as well as repair and strengthen skin tissue
Sunflower seeds- Sunflower seeds are a good source of Vitamin E, Potassium, Zinc, and vitamin B6 (which fights cellulite in the skin)
Chili and cayenne peppers- Chili and cayenne peppers contain vitamin b6 which as we covered above fight against cellulite.
Dark berries- Dark berries such as blackberries and blueberries speed up the production of collagen therefore creating new skin tissue
Apple cider vinegar- Apple Cider Vinegar contains potassium, magnesium, and calcium which all flush out toxins resulting in less water retention around the thighs.
Green and herbal tea- The active ingredient EGCG in green and herbal teas works to speed up the metabolism and increase fat burn.
Olive oil- The fat in olive oil works to keep your thyroid healthy, which in turn boosts your metabolism, burns fat, and energizes your skin building cells.
Dark chocolate- The antioxidants in dark chocolate break down fat cells and the caffeine works to dehydrate fat cells which in turn evens out the skin's surface.
Hummus- Hummus is a low-glycemic food which mean your body uses it as energy instead of storing it as fat
Saffron- Saffron contain anti-inflammatory ingredients that fight against the expansion of fat cells and improve circulation.

Usually I like to wait until I pot my babies before taking a photo and posting it but these are just too cute and I couldn’t wait!😍 -M🌿

Totally haven’t had a lot of time to tend to my plants like I’d like to for the past week. I’ve been working everyday with animals at my job that I love very much but can become tiring overtime because it takes a lot of energy!! I’m so happy I just received these new BB’s in today and can’t wait to pot them! Unfortunately I have like 0 money to spend on a new pot so I’m just gonna have to find another means for right now!😂💚 -M🌿

Kinda want to see if the two blue candles on the right have roots yet, but also don’t want to disturb the spider who has built a web between them...🤔 -H🌵
We’re going to have a pot painting sister date soon featuring some adorable stickers like this one and I’m stoked 😁 -H🌵
