Absolute dream of a tea tonight. After a mad day at work there was a real temptation to order in but I’m glad I followed the plan. @aldiuk beetroot burgers, @daiyafoods mozzarella style shreds, pan fried mushrooms and half an avocado as well as the usual bits and a peppermint tea because rock and roll 🤙🏻
I get 5-10 messages a day about people asking me what to do for the flu- I’m certainly no doctor but the same questions of Tylenol, Tamiflu, essential oils and antibiotics always seem to find their way to me! My favorite recommendation is spend your winter eating ALL THE PLANTS... and I take this very seriously myself! Sure you should eat what ‘makes you happy’ (here it’s the pasta!) but to actually shield yourself from all the seasonal crap and germs, there’s nothing like some good old fashion plant based eating!

I walk past a @greggs_official and @starbucksuk every morning on my way to work. I resisted the pull of a vegan sausage roll all week and thought I would treat myself this morning (it’s Friday after all) alongside my usual cinnamon latte with almond milk.

Wake up and slay. Make time for yourself in the morning. Whether is 5 minutes or 5 hours (that might be excessive, but you get my point) My mornings are EVERYTHING to me and I will never exchange them for anything else. Unless there’s mimosas and then I can’t say no 🤷🏻♀️🤪 HERES some advice: create a playlist that will PUMP YOU UP, throw your hair in a bun, read, drink coffee and just have time to you. I promise you it will set your day and your intention and make you a happier person overall.
Tried to order Shroomdogs with my Sainsbury’s shop earlier in the week but they weren’t available so ordered Shroompups instead, except they clearly didn’t have any of those either and sent me some @frysfamily southern fried chicken tenders instead. I’m totally not mad about it!
