VEGAN PROTEIN HOT... VANILLA? Start yo Monday with this bad boy 🤙 Cause I basically made a vegan protein hot chocolate but with vanilla protein instead!! Super warming ☕and dat protein kick tho 🔥
➡️ to avoid lumpiness, shook a scoop @scimx v-gain vanilla protein in a bottle and poured into a mug ➡️ HOWEVER if you cba with the shaking bottle way then just whisk with a fork in a mug of water ➡️ Add 1/4tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp ground cloves, and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 💕
➡️ Microwave till sufficiently warm ➡️ Shake some spices on top if you like ➡️BA BOOM -

Lunch on Saturday was this vegetable soup and falafel souvlaki (falafel, onions, olive spread & chips inside pitta bread 😍 Basically carbs on carbs on carbs - my favourite!). So happy this place has so many amazing vegan options! 👍🇬🇷
7/10. Decent plant based chai latte🙌 Perfect for those who want to drink something hot, but not too sweet. Each pack has 100 calories. The chai latte powder itself is made out of sugar and coconut oil and several preservatives. The almond milk powder contains 22% almonds, dilluted by cornstarch, sugar and flavour. Overall, this isn't the most natural instant latte but the taste is nice, subtle and not too overwhelming.

DIY #Ginger & #Garlic#Soup#Recipe
You will need:
4 green #onions, sliced
50 grams of grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
7 cups of veggie stock
Hot #chili, medium-sized, diced
Preparation: In a saucepan, add the onions, garlic,mushrooms, and ginger and sauté them on low heat for several minutes. Then, add the stock and boil the mixture. Leave the content to simmer until all of the ingredients soften. Next, put the chili and simmer for 5 more minutes. Remove from the heat and serve with homemade crusty bread and a glass of fresh lemon water.Enjoy!
