That's why grapes are the #kingoffruits they will cleanse you and will remove anything that's obstructing when it comes to an acidic body, grapes will cleanse the blood and also the darker the grapes, the better, make sure you get them as seeded as possible, but still, seedless does the same, make sure you wash them with baking soda and ACV to rince the pesticides that have them 😉 Do a Grape fast and you will see it for yourself #grapecure#fruitarian#frugivore#raw#rawvegan#vegan#veganlifestyle#plantbased#detox#mucusless

First full day in Glasgow on the books; already know we’ll have far too little time in Scotland.
Had my two favorite meals of our trip so far: protein bowl from @the78barandkitchen and a schnitzel with gnocchi, mac and cheese, and tofish and chips from @monoglasgow. Finished off the night in a Glaswegian oasis, @tikibarglasgow.
There’s nothing basic (or healthy) about theses 🍪
At first glance these cookies look innocent enough, but once you bite into them and get a taste of the gooey rich (milk & dark) chocolate chips, pieces of peanut butter cups, mini rolo chocolates & chunks of white chocolate, you will either be reaching for a second or trying to give them away (the temptation is simply too much). What do you think, should I try to ‘wellthify’ them?
Want pumpkin pie filling for breakfast?? 🎃 this pumpkin smoothie bowl is packed with nutrients and it’s SO good! Only 4 ingredients 💖• 1/2 cup pumpkin purée • 1/3 avocado • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder • @traderjoes pumpkin pie spice • toppings: pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, @purely_elizabeth pumpkin spice granola #dieteticintern#rd2be

I’ve known this for a few years now but it’s been bothering me a lot recently.
Medical students say they currently learn almost nothing about the way diet and lifestyle affect health - and they should be taught more.
They say what they are taught is not practical or relevant to most of the medical problems they see in GP surgeries, clinics and hospitals.
A leading UK GP estimated that up to 80% of his patients had conditions linked to lifestyle and diet.
These included obesity, type 2 diabetes and depression.
Annually the NHS will spend more than £11bn on diabetes alone - social care costs, time off work etc, will almost double that bill.
Type 2 diabetes - the most common kind - is linked to obesity. And right now Britain is the fat man of Europe.
But doctors are not being trained to deal with what medics call non-communicable diseases - and it's those kind of illnesses that are threatening to bankrupt our health system, so a new kind of training is crucial.
Speaking to BBC Radio 4's The Food Programme, Dr Rangan Chatterjee, author and podcast host , told me: "The health landscape of the UK has dramatically changed over the last 30 or 40 years and I think the bulk of what I see as a GP now - almost 80% - is in some way driven by our collective lifestyles."
The ball started rolling at the end of 2016 when cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra and a number of other leading doctors including Rangan Chatterjee wrote to the General Medical Council, the health secretary and the Medical Schools Council calling for all medical students and practising doctors to be trained in "evidence based lifestyle interventions".
Dr Michael Mosley, presenter of BBC One's Trust Me I'm A Doctor, said, "Unfortunately it's not part of the traditional training. At medical school I learnt almost nothing about nutrition. And I have a son at medical school and it's again not part of his key curriculum.
"So I don't get the sense that there are lots of doctors out there who feel empowered to tell patients much about nutrition."
Sorry Helene (again 😉) xx
Lately my camera roll is full of ugly take out pics and adorable baby pics. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💚

So we have all heard of doing thing for other people will make your self feel better but... what if you can do something for the world 🌎? What if you could do something for your kids, grandkids , or people who will be alive in 8 generations time? Well by doing these small things you can make a bloody massive difference!!!!! What I'm talking about is being more environmentally friendly. Reducing waist and emissions and food miles And water cleanliness! Basically I'm just saying , if you do some amazing tiny things you will make a time of difference. Like this world needs you help! The human race needs People like you to do your bit, I'm not getting into the argument of why aren't the government doing anything or we are polluted enough, we can't resolve this ? Etc etc! No this is not what I mean I'm not making a quote of political opinions just saying , be that person who dose a nice thing, be that guy who starts recycling, be that uncle who gets there nephew a reusable non plastic toy for Christmas, they will like it and the kids in 49 years time will too. Be that person that woman man, mum, dad, grandma, grandpa, son daughter, niece, nephew, aunt step mum, career, or lover. Make a change do a good deed and save the planet while your at it.

Sweet potato fries are meant to be loaded with garlicky & herby chimichurri, creamy almond cheese, buttery avocado, earthy black beans, spicy jalapeños, and oniony chives.
I can probably count the times I’ve made baked sweet potato fries on one hand. But now that I know I can make these loaded chimichurri sweet potato fries??? Well, let’s just say I’m going to need more fingers. Or hands. Or mouths to feed because it’s so good and I want everyone to eat it!
Recipe is on the blog! Which is good because it’s a weeknight friendly meal that needs to find its way into your kitchen and belly. Link in bio!
Had to share my meal tonight because 90% of the time, my lunches and dinners look like this, except normally everything is mixed together and looks like mush (because I don’t need to make it pretty for a picture).
I just don’t really don’t have the time (and quite honestly, the energy) to make gourmet meals at school, and that’s OK.
Thanks to my meal prep, this meal came together in five minutes and was still delicious. Contrary to popular belief, it IS possible to make a quick meal that’s still healthy and delicious.
Tonight I had a bunch of veggies (tomatoes, spinach, roasted Brussels sprouts, and roasted broccoli) and some quinoa pasta tossed in both @sietefoods spicy blanco queso and @traderjoes vegan pesto. I added some of my tahini turmeric spread in the middle for extra measure (I’ll share the recipe soon I promise). This was the perfect amount of fuel for the three mile run I’m about to go on 🏃🏼♀️ There’s not a ton of protein on my plate tonight, but I plan on having a protein-packed smoothie later on after my run 💪🏼 Tell me some of your favorite quick meals!
Fall is definitely here! Make this #vegan Apple Pie Bread!🍁🍂🍎 It is totally foolproof, incredibly easy, so delicious and refined sugar free! Tried it yet? Link to recipe in profile @rabbitandwolves
