Cheese Pesto Pinwheel Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
Butter - 150 grams
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Pesto sauce - to taste
Grated paneer - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
1. In a blender, add 150 grams butter, 300 grams all purpose flour and blend it well.
2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Place the dough on a surface and dust it with flour.
5. Flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
6. Spread the pesto sauce on the flattened dough.
7. Top with grated paneer and mozzarella cheese.
8. Roll it tightly to make a cylindrical shape.
9. Cut it into round slices.
10. Place it on a baking tray.
11. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
Banana Bites Pinwheel Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Banana - 235 grams
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread slices - 4
Peanut butter - to taste
Nutella - to taste
1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 235 grams banana and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
3. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
4. Take 4 bread slice and cut its edges.
5. Place the bread slice one by one and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
6. Spread peanut butter on the half side.
7. Spread nutella on the other half of the bread.
8. Place the cooked banana on it.
9. Roll it tightly to make a cylindrical shape.
10. Cut it into round slices.

With places like Favorite’s, Casa Antica and this weeks spot ,Vincenzo’s Pizza House, located on Center Street all slingin slices🍕 that’ll have you singin verses from Marvin Gaye’s “You’re All I Need”, I think we need to start payin respect where it’s due. Lewiston’s pizza is legit yo! Vincenzo’s large pie starts with a slightly thicker style dough, with toppings brought to the edge leavin little room for an edge handle. Cooked perfectly, slices were firm on the bottom with the cheese bein browned and bubbly. Pepperoni were cupped and charred around the edges, filled with Christmas spirit. While the sauce seemed a bit bland and laid on with a heavy hand it was really the only negative to this pie that we could complain about. Whether it’s two steppin at the Jazz Fest or peach cobbler that brings you to Lewiston next, grab a slice while you’re in the village. I can almost hear you singin now, 🎶Like the sweet mornin dew, I took one look at you. Can I make a chicken parm pizza blanket? 😍 my fam and I had a great time @qualityitalian - it was a perfect location for all of us to meet at after work. They have a fun open bar on the ground floor to get drinks at before. The vibes inside the restaurant are on point- dim lighting, tons of energy and lots of men in suits expensing their meals 😏. I have to be honest- a lot of the food was good, not great (at least IMO) but the overall experience was worth it.- and it’s definitely the perfect place for a work dinner - Quality Italian is your midtown 🍕🍗🍝🍷 #NYCDATENITE
