Let me tell you about Easter Sunday in Poland.
There is a breakfast. Or rather, THE breakfast. You eat eggs. Then you eat some more, mostly meat. Then, when you think you can't eat anymore, the cakes arrive. So you discover the second stomach, because on Easter you actually descend from herbivores. Then, after half an hour of claiming that you shall never eat again you help yourself to potato salad.
And it takes about six to eight hours, sometimes the whole day.
So I really must be craving these leggings or @goodcitizenla loops (actually I might be in for the loops, when I think about it...), if, full of eggs, meat, cake and salad I climbed on my Reformer and got through the second day of #onlinepilatesclasses challenge with @lesley.logan.
There are moments when you can see my second stomach... Or is it the third? Doesn't matter, really, as I discovered that I actually look good AF against these windows.
Now, excuse me, the breakfast leftovers won't eat themselves.

En el método Pilates se hace un esfuerzo para enfatizar la expansión lateral de la caja torácica. Éste se llama "respiración lateral" o "respiración intercostal". Parte de la razón para usar este tipo de respiración es para facilitar y mantener la contracción abdominal mientras se realizan los ejercicios, particularmente, importante durante la inhalación.

📌 10 repetitions each exercise three times a week and you will feel your abdominals 🔥 stronger 💪🏻 !!! .
