We’re raising the BAR on bar food... come see for yourself and grab some of the most snack-able dishes we’ve ever made, like these “Bun Intended” sliders:
Braised lamb, cilantro, fried onion, and sriracha ranch all on a delicious Hawaiian sweet roll 🔥 *available on the bar level daily from 2:30-5pm, 8-10pm
Summertime means gathering with friends and family. Given I had so many beets out in my garden, I decided to make a hummus dip for everyone to enjoy. I found the recipe on @PhillyVoice and I have to say it was delicious and such a hit! (ad)
I learned that it's easier than I thought. Certainly, way better than the store-bought versions. A recipe that can be done in less than 5 minutes. I think it's a great activity to do with your kids as well.
I paired it with organic chia-corn tortillas, drizzled more Extra Virgin Olive Oil and some minced raw garlic. By the way, our family loves raw garlic. Of course, you may pair it with pita chips, just pita or even better if you are grilling your heart out this summer - with your grilled meats and veggies.
