Where is your parents #hometown? Have you been there yet?
I’ve visited my parents home-village again a few months back and it always feels just like home for me too. I remember going here all the time when I was a kid- We would play in the ricefields for hours and intentionally slip so we can swim in the flooded muddy paddies. Then coming home to our moms armed with a slipper ready to smack our assess.
We’d cry ourselves to bed only to do it all over again the next day. Ahhh those days!
I couldn’t help but take a photo with this limestone mountain. Whenever I get a sight of this I know I’m home. 💕

Someone’s excited for unexpected water adventure when we arrived at this wonderful resort. Since water rafting’s part of my bucket-list I should try water tubing first as an individual and do the water rafting in a group soon in CDO. This water activity was still consider new because it started a year ago. Probably this should be one of a must activity you should try for the upcoming summer in the 🇵🇭 And water activity is one of our favorite with my sister. 😉
It's Happy Fiesta in Cebu! 🎉Prititiitttt!❤
Have you ever tried eating a street foods or the so called pungko-pungko style eating in Cebu? It is very common in Cebu especially in the City. If you are adventurous on foods, you should try this. And it's more fun eating when you have a companions, maybe your friends, families , or your significant others.
Today is the bisperas of the feast of the Holy Child Jesus Señor Santo Niño, the patron of Cebu. Happened this morning was the fluvial procession and a grand street procession in the afternoon. Most of the streets in downtown Cebu were closed while the grand procession was on going. People were all walking. We came from a street hike from work to Basilica Church to attend mass.
But before we proceed to the church, we stopped on this small food stall, to full our stomach. A must try when you are in Cebu. After, we proceed directly to Basilica Minore Del Santo Niño.
Tomorrow will be the Sinulog Grand Festival, the grandest festival in the Philippines. It's more fun in Cebu ❤🎉
Pinatubo Crater Lake. You've probably seen photos where the water is far bluer than this one. Those are not fake, haha! Local folks say it really is bluer during the rainy season. But during the rainy season, guided hikes usually get cancelled.
