Today is the last day to donate items for the Women's Shelter Drive during our last PAPA GBM of the semester!
If you are looking for PhLames Domain 3 credit for the Fall 2019 semester, you may do so by donating at least 1 item AND attending our last GBM!

As finals commence tomorrow, just a quick reminder that taking care of yourself is paramount to finishing strong. Take short 10-20 minute naps in between your studying. Get your water fix. Eat smart. Take short walks to refocus. Stay organized.
Be kind to yourself. Don't doubt yourself. Take care of yourself. Your hard work WILL pay off. I know you got this! --

✅ What you do MOST of the time matters most 💯
It’s not the stuffing, pie, ice cream, wine, or cookies from a few holiday meals that leads people to gain fat...
It’s all the crap & junk they’re eating the whole month of December!
Maybe you’re coming off a huge Thanksgiving eat-a-thon...
You’re up a few pounds on the scale, and with more holiday parties right around the corner, you feel like putting this whole healthy lifestyle thingy on hold until January...
If that’s what you wanna do, I won’t judge you.
You gotta do what's right for you.
But it would be remiss of me if I didn’t say that waiting until the New Year is the absolute WORST thing you could do right meow 😾👎
For a couple of reasons:
1️⃣ the more you delay things, the longer it’ll take to build the body you want, and the habits you’ll need to maintain it.
2️⃣ Even if you totally blow your diet at a few holiday parties this month, that’s still just a few meals out of the 90+ meals you’ll be eating before January!
Here’s my advice —> enjoy your holiday parties when they come...
Eat the cake & pie 🍰🥧
Drink the wine & eggnog 🍷🍶
Kiss your crush under the mistletoe 💏
But do NOT let a few high-calorie Christmas or holiday meals turn into a whole month of eating off track 🙅♂️
Because You know that won’t make you happy. It’ll just set you up for more disappointment once 2019 rolls around...
Get on track now and do the best you can this month.
“Future You” will thank you for it 💪😉
