Reflection... Do you reflect on things? Do you take the time to sit back & think about the GREAT things that have happened throughout your day & choose to let go of the negative? I don't often but I have decided that I'm going to try and start, I was checking over my google, website etc last night & realised I have some amazing reviews from my lovely clients. Ive read them all of course but never really sat & truly took them in. It made me realise that we hear so many negatives every single day but hardly the positives! So who wants to share something positive thats happened already today? Yes I know it's only 9am but we made it to school without having to rush around today which always puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day, thats a positive right?! 😉⠀

Just done my first three CHIN UPS! Now onto doing a pull up!
I just like to get this point across, this post isn’t about me it’s ABOUT YOU guys going after your goals, and knowing you can achieve anything if you can put your mind to it!
I never thought I could be strong, but I worked at it every week until I could do it! Also I wouldn’t have been able to even get to this stage if it wasn’t for my boyfriend Conor helping me. I’m still doing my running, but I wanted to set some other goals for myself this year, something a bit different!
My Tips for doing your first pull up: - Use resistance bands
💪start off with sets of 5 💪I normally add two sets of burn out reps after I’ve done my five sets.
💪Consistency is key
💪 Don’t get angry at results, one week you might go backwards but it’s cool because the only way is up in life wooop! -
💪 Most importantly listen to your body guys! If you’re tired one week then REST! Your body will thank you for it, then you can get up and go kick some fitness goals! 💪
