Just pondering my message to the world. Thank you @suzy_ashworth
I've always felt like a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none. I've got loads of interests and have picked up different skills and been good at various things over the years but I have never felt like I was good enough, or interested enough, in any one particular thing to really go for it and dedicate my life to it.
I was trying to appeal to too many different audiences and trying to keep too many people happy that everything got a bit confused along the way.
I'm still not entirely sure what I'm really good at or what my unique skills are but I'm always learning and the more I invest in myself, the more I rediscover about myself and the more I refine my purpose ❤️
Meal plan approved? No
Lifestyle approved? YES
If there's one thing I've learned over the years is that diets don't work (for me atleast) ❌
I need freedom and I need flexibility and that's exactly what I've created for myself!
I 150% enjoyed this supper tonight and I don't feel an ounce of guilt because of it. I know one enjoyable meal won't turn into 3 tomorrow and that I will begin my day like I usually do with my superfoods shake! •
Its nights like tonight that I'm so proud of myself for shifting my mindset around food and creating a lifestyle that I can maintain! •
**Disclaimer**-I almost didn’t want to share the before picture with you guys. I’ve battled with it all afternoon. But here I am.
I remember taking the picture in the bottom right. I looked at it in disgust and felt defeated. (before I even started) How many of us beat ourselves up about something we haven’t even started yet? Well, that was me✋🏼
Guys, this is almost a S I X Week difference. It’s not a huge transformation physically but mentally it’s made all the difference. The community and accountability I’ve experienced these last 6 weeks are what makes this journey different. I know today, tomorrow or even in another 6 weeks from now I’m not going to be doing this alone. 🙌🏼
✨Starting Round ✌🏼 on Monday! ✨ .
Tomorrow my 1st grader son competes in his school spelling bee.
He’s been entirely self-motivated throughout this process. He won his class level by studying on his own at recess without even mentioning it. And the state of this paper shows the hours he has happily put in since. His goal is to “get far”—ambitious considering he may eventually be competing against 6th graders.
When we were cuddling in bed this morning, I told him he’d already met his goal.
After all, what’s the use of actually knowing a list of arcane words in our era of digital spell-checking communications? (I say this as an editor by day.)
What he’s accomplished is far more valuable: committed focus and sustained effort in pursuit of something he really wants.
That practice can be profitably applied to anything he wants in his life. To have mastered that at eight is to have gone far indeed.
👉 Type what is the best way for you to tune into abundance. Share the positive ideas..🙏

This might be my favorite video ever! It puts a huge smile on my face every time I watch it or even just think about it! It’s moments like these that show me what life is all about.
I was recently telling someone how I was doing the dishes and Charlotte was dancing around then said, “Mommy dance!” I explained how I wanted to just dance with Charlotte but didn’t because I struggle with trying to get things around the house done and being present with Charlotte. This new friend and someone I could see as a mentor said, “Stop and do it! Dance with her! It can give you healing.” She also said something along the lines of...the dishes will be there and this time with your daughter will not.💡
I took this advice and acted immediately. The next time Charlotte asked me to dance or play I dropped whatever I was doing and threw myself in the moment with her. It feels AMAZING! 🙌🏼 I knew in my heart and gut what to do and it helped to get validation from another mother. It’s still a challenge for me not to get caught up in my everyday routines. When I find this happening it helps me to remind myself of my core values. While having a house that is in order is nice, I value my time and relationship with my daughter most. Also the freedom to just BE. ✨✨✨
In this video you will see the True Self I was talking about in my last post. Charlotte will be two next month and I have already learned so much from her. She teaches me let go. Giggle. Laugh. Smile. Don’t take life too seriously. Be silly! Have fun! Dance + skip around like no one is watching. Get outside. Be in the moment. And so much more!❤️💜✨
Thank you for capturing this @thejeffreyhernandez
Tight Hips? Try this.
Take a ball. Preferably a dimpled softball (like this).
Find that sweet spot between your hip and glute and rest your weight on the ball.
The goal is to relax on the ball. Easier said than done - which makes this exercise challenging!
Done properly, this will help to release those tight outer hips and bring some additional blood flow to the area (always a good thing).
Enjoy this #Throwback jam. Tag and/or comment someone. 💯

Our body's respond differently to an interruption to the natural order of our routines. It's so interesting to think that just three short weeks ago, I underwent eye surgery.
Now here's the kicker! I thought I was going tio just bounce back into my normal routine. I had it all planned out but God had a different plan.
In my haste to speed up the recovery process, I have inadvertently created some minor complications by not remaining still. This caused longer time off work and emergency office visits.
So reflecting on the entire process, I'm most thankful for
🔹an excellent eye surgeon
🔹the setbacks have not created more damage
🔹my pain has truly been minimal
🔹I can see out of my left eye
🔹my team has held me down; and 🔹my support system has blessed me beyond words
Embrace the process and enjoy the nuances of change. I have to admit that this Coaching Gig has been a lifesaver. At a time when the world around me would have me think of limitations; I was able to step up and lean in to a community that I love.
I was still able to check in with our virtual bootcampers. Attend virtual trainings with ear buds and eye patch. Support our team and celebrate their successes.
Accountability is 🔑. Such a great feeling to have a simblance of control to how I show up daily. Here's the thing - I did and will continue to show up.
Coaching involves hard work and sacrifice. There are times when life events will get in the way but I couldn't ask for a better group of individuals to serve our communities.
So if you were thinking our team and Coaching is just about exercise and sweaty selfies then you are sadly misinformed. IT'S so MUCH more.
In fact, hit me up so we can chat about that much more.

Plans only work if you follow them that’s why execution will always trump planning.
The stress of having to rush last minute, anxiety from feeling out of control will fade away once self discipline takes its place.
We’ve gotta ask ourselves how bad do we want our freedom?

✖LET'S TALK MENTAL HEALTH✖
If you suffer from anxiety and/or depression, you know just how debilitating it can be. I personally have dealt with seasons of depression and I just wanted to share some things that I do to help.
1.) Journal: journaling daily has been such a great way for me to process my feelings and emotions. It allows me to get all my thoughts out of my head and onto paper. Somedays writing helps me pinpoint why I might wake up feeling off which allows me to deal with the issue. Other days, I may not be able to pinpoint the issue, but I still have tools available to help me make it through the day.
2.) Get together with friends/family: when I'm depressed, the last thing I want to do is go socialize. But when I isolate, I get stuck in my feelings and I feel even worse. If you aren't feeling up to going out, invite someone over. Having someone to talk to, or even just be around, really helps elevate your mood.
3.) Workout: depression zaps your energy so I know you may be thinking this is crazy talk. But working out has become such a form of therapy for me. It releases feel good endorphins and gives me a boost of energy. Not only does it help when I'm feeling down, I feel that working out routinely helps my mood overall.
4.) Get outside: fresh air and nature is good for the soul. I find hiking to be so peaceful. If you are short on time, or it's a bit chilly out, opt for even a short walk around the block. Fresh air is invigorating and really helps me recenter.
When depression or anxiety hits, remind yourself that these feelings and emotions are only temporary. Take each day as it comes. And do things that make you happy.
Do you deal with depression/anxiety!? What do you do to cope?? Drop a comment below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

My dear friend Lily here texted me this after our workshop session today: “I am so proud of you. I FELT and witnessed your shift. Your willingness is inspiring and I am beyond honored to be your friend and spirit journey sister. 😘😘😘❌⭕️❌⭕️”
We did so much hard work today! I’ve written about being overwhelmed lately and tired of running at a million miles an hour. I was starting to feel physically and emotionally burned out. Everything seemed hard—communication, friendships, kids fighting, bills, and life.
Last night I attended a prosperity mindset and manifestation class at my church that focused on abundance in: health, career, relationships and money. I took notes and had so many moments of realization that I needed.
Today Lily guided me through some breathing and affirmations and read passages from Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now” (so much good stuff!). Then we focused on red color of the root chakra and getting me more grounded. She had me write fears on red slips of paper, hold them up and lovingly release them and put them in a bag and left me with some papers to continue to do this all week. Then we ended with a prayer and hug and kiss because that’s what we do. Love you and your gifts @lilycbristow, my children’s self-appointed godmother.❤️❤️❤️
Nothing good comes from your comfort zone and there's definitely no room for growth.
I'm seeking 5 single mamas who are committed and ready to change their mindset, set goals, and leave codependent relationships alone for good!
If that's you comment
This is uncomfortable but I recently joined a business academy and today’s challenge is to share something amazing about myself. I usually don’t like to share amazing things about myself because I don’t like to brag or sound like I’m full of myself. But here goes...⠀
Did you know that I…⠀
👉 Turned around low-performing teams within a short time and earned the title of “Rookie of the Year” and “Best Manager”?⠀
👉 Learnt how to overcome my imposter syndrome when I was invited to teach without having formal teaching experience, and ended up teaching many courses across three different programs, and winning “Outstanding Achievement” and “Best Instructor” multiple times in a row?⠀
👉 Learnt how to tackle my own inner gremlins around self-love and my self-worth, and am now happily married to the love of my life?⠀
I’d love to hear something amazing about you too in the comments below! 🥰👇 Because I want you to know that no matter what is going on in the world, there are people who will celebrate you when you have the courage to shine brightly. 🌟 This is actually why I became a coach, because I LOVE helping my clients go from stressed out and overwhelmed, to balanced, joyful, motivated, and inspired. 😊⠀
I’m feeling called to help a whole new wave of people. Will you hold this vision for me? I am offering Kick-Ass Leadership Strategy Sessions this week as my gift to you. I have room in my schedule for 5 sessions, so if you know someone who is struggling with their team or is feeling a bit jaded or lost, and wants an amazing breakthrough and motivation, will you share this post with them?⠀
Thank you! You. Are. Amazing. 🤩

Many of you know how passionate I am with everything I do. I’m building on yet another one of these passions. This is one of those moments where I dive in deep and trust!
I decided to go part-time at work starting today so that I can take my life coaching to the next level and put together more workshops/seminars/courses for you guys! I believe in the potential of every human being, because I’ve personally seen and caused the transformation of people in the worst of situations where they are now living powerfully and are in control of their lives. This is also the story of my life. I have gone from being bitter and a victim of life’s circumstances to empowering others and advocating a world where each and every one of us can function optimally on all levels, in every area of life! Whether it’s dealing with mental health, or being more motivated and productive, or just feeling happier and more fulfilled. I’ve dedicated the past 10 years of my life conducting psychology research and to my own personal growth. To understand how we can have it all, from our well-being, to having purpose, and achieving more success. I help write reports to Governments in 14 different countries to endorse a better education system where we can incorporate the latest research on what we know about human behaviour. Now I’m expanding myself to do more workshops and seminars for the general public! I want you to know, no matter where you are in your life, or what you’ve gone through, you can have a life of maximum fulfillment! You can live life powerfully and be in control! I know many of you have obstacles that are holding you back from where you want to be right now. And I can’t wait to share what I know and my experiences with you! This is so exciting for me, and to be honest....scary! I have so much I’m working on and I’m figuring it out as I go. Stay tuned!
With lots of love,

So I got this giant cup of ...... (can you guess? ☕👀) by the sweetest waiter ever (previous time it wasn't so big, I can tell you that hahaha). On the second picture you can see my "got my eyes on the price" eyes, the exact stare when I got to wear a €75.000 diamond ring yesterday 😂💍
