Ever wondered why your cupcakes didn’t rise as they should be? In this post, I will share with some helpful tips; 🔹- Baking soda. This ingredient is very important when it comes to puffy cupcakes. If you have payed attention, baking soda boxes have calendar months written on them or a special area to mark when you opened the box. Make sure you use it for only ONE month. After that, your cupcakes, cookies, cakes wont rise properly. The rest of the box can be used for cleaning. (Best non toxic all purpose cleaning product)🔹- Do NOT open your oven door the first 7-8 minutes, not even a peak. Usually, cupcakes are done between 12-20 minutes, varying by their recipes. If you keep opening your oven door, the temperature will go low and high which can result for your cupcakes to go flat.🔹- Some people have complained on cracked cupcakes🤔 When you add more flour than whats on the recipe, you will end up having hard and cracked cupcakes.
What else? What problems have occurred while you baking your cupcakes. Ask me under this post, I will try to answer them ASAP #bakingtipsbyHabiba#youarewelcome 😉

Perfect little rainbow swirls! 😍 These babies were a quick batch for my close friends anniversary and I couldnt find my 2D rose tip and I am so glad because I was obsessed with the way these turned out! 😍
Decorating cupcakes is so much easier when you have a flat even surface. If your cupcakes dome during baking then it may be that your oven is running too hot. Even new ovens can be slightly out. Invest in an oven thermometer, an inexpensive gadget that will accurately measure the oven’s correct temperature. I always let my oven heat up and then leave it a little longer to make sure it gives a stable reading and then I’ll adjust the oven thermostat to match the recipe if needed. I find my cakes cook best at 140 degrees in a fan oven for 20-22 minutes.
