There's gonna be a day when we get to post some outstanding performances. However I'm posting this pic to remind us of the many days we woke up before the sun rose in freezing cold weather just to run around in circles. The beauty of running is even if you don't live near a track or trail #ny has plenty of #parks This is our local park 5laps on this softball field is one mile #gottahaveapark#hintonpark#queens
People's Square Park is Tinder.com meets farmers' market. This is where your profile is on A4 sheet pasted on an umbrella and parents and grandparents do the left and right swiping for you. Every weekend loved ones are lining the walkways with umbrellas. Although this may be a dying tradition, the umbrellas are a sign that it is still alive and well in Shanghai. 💍☂️❤️
The #Athabasca River is not only the most iconic river in #Jasper National Park, but also one of the most iconic and important rivers in #Canada. Originating from a small lake at the toe of the Athabasca #Glacier – part of the Columbia Icefield – it travels more than 1200 kilometers to Fort Chipewyan, where it merges with the Peace River and eventually feeds Slave #River and the Mackenzie, before reaching the Arctic Ocean. Its massive drainage spans 95,300 square kilometers, with every inch critical to people and animals. And a few kilometers north of Athabasca #Falls in Jasper, Highway 93 crosses the river, offering one of my favorite views of the river, framed by fir trees, Pyramid Mountain and that wild #Alberta sky.
