Happy Friday! Whether you are battling snow or are lucky enough to have some sunshine in your life today, I hope you at least treat yourself to something nice! ☺️ since it’s Friday, and I live in France, I decided to treat myself to a pain au chocolat, along with my usual overnight oats (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, chia seeds, coconut; topped with nuts, pumpkin seeds, and a little honey).
