The picture on the left was January 2017; current picture, November 2018. The past year and change have been the ultimate learning experience. I’ve pushed myself to levels I’ve never imagined, and this is only the beginning.
Not only has my body changed, but my diet, my mental state, and overall well-being. I am now much more mindful of what I’m putting in my body, and I look forward to going to the gym, pushing and challenging myself every morning; something I never would have said back in January 2017.

Welp. Here’s me this morning 1 day out from my first bodybuilding show ever. I just want to take the time to thank everyone who’s ever believed in me, invested in me, spoken love into me, and prayed for blessings on me.
