It’s a good day to have a good day.
Happy #motivationalmonday. As we’ve said before Monday’s are an amazing time to kick off the week and work with a blank canvas,or however the saying goes. Nonetheless, we think that everyday is special and unique. But this all depends on how we look at things. Of course, someone who looks at the glass half full will have a different view than a person who finds something negative about everything. We prefer the former.
Throughout the day, just like CrossFit we will be introduced to new challenges. Maybe you’re on your way to work and you get into a wreck. Maybe your boss comes down on you about the reports they needed. Or maybe you had an issue or argument with a friend or loved one. Gosh, what an awful way to start the day right?
Wrong. Every single day we wake up, we should be grateful. We live in a country where we can express ourselves, we can grow as humans, we have endless opportunities to become the person we want to. We have a choice to dwell on stuff we can’t control. We have the ability to overcome adversity with friends and family who will stand by us. We have a CHOICE to CHOOSE the outcome of the situation, but it’s all up to you.
TODAY is a GOOD day to have a GOOD day.
Start this Monday with a bang, and we challenge you, whatever comes your way to remind yourself that you are STRONG and you get to choose to make today and every day a GREAT DAY!

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT NOT ALWAYS EASY...
The universe has an interesting way of showing us things. Sometimes the lessons we encounter can be beautiful; other times they can be painful and hard to understand. I find solace when I remind myself that every situation can be a lesson to learn and grow from. Each of us is traveling down the path we’re meant to travel down, experiencing the depth and spectrum of emotions that come with every twist, turn and transition that life throws our way.
These last few days in Pattaya have not been easy. I’ve been so incredibly sick (a virus I picked up back in London that I was hoping to have shaken by now) and it’s not only taken a toll on my body and self esteem (I haven’t been able to train for over 2wks), but it’s also been challenging for us to navigate as a couple traveling in a foreign country.
I finally feel like I’m starting to make a turn for the better, but I’m not going to lie, it’s been a rough road. I’ve been grouchy, frustrated, short with my words — oh, and it hasn’t helped that I’ve lost my voice a few times due to all the coughing and hacking. There are times when I’m so angry — I feel like I’ve regressed from all of the hard work I’ve put into my training and nutrition plan and I’m back at square one. Other times I’m more rational and believe that this is life just ‘being life’, throwing a curveball, reminding me to slow down and rest. The last thing I want to do is jump back into my training prematurely and set myself back even further...
Perspective, gratitude and staying positive is key. There are so many other people out there fighting bigger battles than what I’m going through, I just need to remember that when I start feeling sorry for myself. 😂 Also: this isn’t a pity post, but one that comes from a place of wanting to be a bit more honest. I’m immensely grateful for the last 2wks in Thailand with this one and am optimistic that things are only going to get better from here. 🙏🏼✨
Here, I feel like life so precious. I do understand that real life isn't same. Sometimes it becomes best or worst than you ever imagine. Different place have different role. While you have to act carefully about anything that you want to do, or even to say something or maybe you can not whispher to your friend. Just believe, everything on their process. Sometimes it runs fast and the others feel like left behind. But everything need their own time. Here we have to hold each, support each other so we gonna through this togather. Even there is no lamp to light up their night, there will always be one shining star in a darkest night. Whatever it is, I called it Paradise.
