Today I just finished my 8 week LIIFT program! I’m pretty proud of this accomplishment first because it’s hard to stick with anything that long but most importantly I did it while being super stressed out about a potential health issue.
However, I’m not perfect, I’m human like everyone else. I’m a stress eater through and through and my jeans 👖 are tight, REALLY tight 😬!

So today is #transformationtuesday and I have to admit, I almost did not share my results because although I lost 8 lbs and inches all over my body over the 8 week #LIIFT4 program, I felt a bit defeated that others who completed the program with me had much more significant changes (swipe left) than I see for myself in my before/afters.
That is mistake #1. Never compare yourself to other people. All it does is create limited belief in yourself and stop growth and progress mentally. The truth of the matter is...I am so FREAKING proud of myself for sticking with this program CONSISTENTLY for 8 weeks. I never missed a workout, drank my superfoods, and stayed committed in my nutrition (well...about 90%) which is HUGE for me! I pushed through workouts when I thought I couldn't possibly do another tricep push up or squat and I realized that I CAN survive HIIT 😅. Thank you to my accountability group partners for pushing through with me because there really is strength in numbers! We realized that the most on the rough days.
We will be starting round 2 when this program officially launches in October, and I would LOVE to have more people do it with me. It's super simple. Workouts are literally ONLY 4 days per week (and last 30-39 minutes each workout), includes a simple nutrition guide, and includes support/accountability with ME and others who have made the commitment to working on their individual fitness goals/challenges. I'll even get you two weeks of free access. 😉
