A small sari weaving unit in the Mangalgiri town of the Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh. Mangalgiri saris are registered as geographical indication from Andhra Pradesh. It was a pleasure to explore the off beat places around Vijayawada with @novotelvijayawada@accorhotels@accorhotels_apac
I was fascinated by these goat herders that we came across on our hike yesterday in Andalucia. They spend all day out in the boiling sun herding goats up and down steep mountainsides. They are extremely tough individuals and although this is an incredibly demanding job, spending so much time in close contact with nature undoubtedly has an incredible impact on their outlook on life 👊🌎❤️
For our last dinner, we went to La Kaleta at the very end of the Fisherman’s Wharf. The sunset glow lasted a long time and made our oceanside dinner even more enjoyable. In the second photo, you can see our faithful AirBNB dog Dede on the rocks next to the restaurant. She ended up going underneath the restaurant to get out of the rain and she found a spot just underneath where we were sitting! We could see her through the spaces in the floorboards. Clever dog. 🥰
On our last full day on Easter Island, I went back to the rock pool to watch the sunset. There were rain showers and constantly changing clouds, and at one point a big rainbow appeared over Hanga Roa. It was so pretty that I didn’t even mind getting soaking wet from the rain that came and went while I was out taking photos. :) ~ Rapa Nui ~ Isla de Pascua🗿, Chile 🇨🇱

No nests this morning, but we did find this beauty who seems to have a broken leg. Off to the vet we go🚑🚑🚑
We really enjoyed going for an afternoon swim in this beautiful rock pool near the edge of town. The water was crystal clear, and the pool itself was sheltered from rough waves by the volcanic rock perimeter. It was also fun to walk around the edge of the pool and watch the waves break against the outside rock perimeter. What a gorgeous spot! ~ Rapa Nui ~ Easter Island 🗿 ~ Hanga Roa, Isla de Pascua, Chile 🇨🇱

Day 6 – July 18
Late start woke up at 9 put kettle o. Water was about to boil and I noticed my stove was leaking gas so I quickly turned it off. I had warm coffee with a flapjack then tried to repair the stove, made it worse and now it’s gone to the bin.
Packed my stuff, then had a chat with a cyclist twice my height from Netherlands cycling to Austria who was using google maps as a guide.
Only started cycling at about 10 am, on the route saw more touring cyclists going up the
Rhine, I stopped briefly in Dormagen where I saw a nice mosque about to be complete then passed by a factory of Bayer (pharmaceutical company).
Once I arrived at the outskirts of Cologne checked my friends address it was 23 km away, kept cycling and arrived at about 5pm to a lovely dinner.
After a nap went out for a stroll on the Rhine watching large tourist boats passing by, was joined by a few more old friends sipping on beers on the bank of Rhine, we had one each though stayed until after sunset enjoying the Rhine at night took few pictures and a short
Tomorrow is my rest day I will go to Aachen to see my nieces and nephew.

There are many bridges which connect the world.
In Ronda, its magnificent bridge connects the old and the new world across a 100-meter-deep (329 ft) canyon.
Would you like to cross it and discover the history of this tiny village, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain?
By the way, as you can imagine, the view while crossing the bridge is awesome!!!
I am running out of adjectives to describe the experiences we have had in exploring Ireland. Each day we see new places and vistas that are as beautiful, or even more beautiful, then the day before. The people are kind and friendly, and when the sun shines it is a paradise on earth.
Our on board photographer @pierre.fromentin#worthtofollow captured during his 3 month voyage onboard the Tres Hombres the raw beauty of the crew and ship.
During our unloading party on the 20th in Amsterdam (link in bio), Pierre organised a photo exhibition of his work.
The aesthetic juxtaposition of a coast lined with pink Thift and a clear ultramarine sea throwing playful little tubes beyond. @dylanfm and friend enjoying the view.

While trying to plan the next adventure away from the radiating heat here in Dubai, my mind returns to Khiva and its tales of philosophers, poets and conquerors. One in particular, Pahlavan Mahmud the legendry wrestler/philosopher who became Khiva’s patron saint. He is buried in this complex along with other prominent figures.
