Got the chance to talk to an aboriginal that’s lived in Esperance for 60 years, was explaining to him how I want to hang out with their culture for a few days. I approached him with a fairly good idea that was his heritage and it was. He said well were going to the beach today and was super cool but quite. Like you would expect from native people. After talking to him he asked me where I was going and said it shouldn’t be a problem, right when I pulled my phone out of my pocket and glanced at it out of sheer trained behavior, he was out. It was awesome! Were so used to being disrespectful we don’t even realize it. Some folks don’t tolerate this behavior! Sometimes I wish I could go back In time. I wish I could go back to like freshman year and go through it all again but In a different way. When you get older you look back at things just realize a whole lotta stuff
Just got home from a gamenight at the gameclub @sijspele . We played a game of Welcome To..., the game Powerboats and the game King of Tokyo.
Welcome To... is a draw cards and write game, very quick game. Powerboats is a game like formula dé but more forgiving and open for choosing your route. King of Tokyo is a dice game in wich you can collect points, buy cards, fight each other in a king of the hill kind of way.
The gameclub itself has lots of space and tables, the owner has a wide range of games from wich to choose from. Check them out on facebook for their next gaming session, place to be Sijsele.

(Part 2)Breathing Exercise: The Complete Breath
The first phase in healthy breathing is to become conscious of how we actually breathe. Noticing whether we are relaxed and allowing the breath to naturally deepen into the lower belly or if the breath is shallow and primarily in the upper chest area. The diaphragm, which is located near the solar plexus, is a vital gateway of the breath. In a complete and healthy breath, the diaphragm easefully expands downward, along with the lower lobes of the lungs as if being drawn by the earth into your pelvis when you inhale. For this to easily happen, your body and emotional state need to be relaxed and feel safe. If you have a lot of tension or wound-up emotional stress, your diaphragm will be tight, as if locked in place.
Start by sitting with a straight spine. Allow each breath to gently deepen into your belly and roll up from the inside of your spine, creating a bit of lift and traction with each inhale as the air fills the upper lungs. On the exhale, let your body deflate and round forward a little as the air empties out of you, with a gentle squeezing of the abdomen at the end of the exhale. Repeat this wave-like breathing for a few minutes. Notice how easeful and natural it is to feel the breath roll through you from your pelvis up to your neck.
