Intermittent fasting means avoiding calories for certain periods of time on a regular basis.
Did you know that this can turn on genes that activate metabolism? That means your body will start recycling old cellular waste.
One easy way to intermittently fast is to avoid calories for at least three hours before bedtime and at least one hour after awakening.
A total of 12 to 16 hours of overnight fasting is needed for maximum benefit to body and brain. 👊
