☘️ Any Game of Thrones Fans?! *Side note I’ve actually never seen it....But found The Dark Hedges FASCINATING even in the winter time 😍 So grateful my Mother and I got to close out 2018 with this trip, making memories together that will last a lifetime ♥️ My family is everything to me.
Chocolate Biscuit Cake & 15's
The first of 2 Christmas Birthday's in our house today.
The small man is 2 during The week.
15's are GORGEOUS!! It's a Northern Ireland treat, takes ten minutes and chilled in the fridge, they disappeared within seconds!
They are called 15's because you need 15 each of the main ingredients, a good Friend introduced me to the recipe and it's gone down a storm any time I've made them.
15 digestive biscuits
15 Maltesers ( I cheated and threw in 20 🤣 )
15 glazed Cherries
3/4 of a 397g can of Condensed Milk
Bash all the biscuits in a zip lock bag ( you can use food processor if you want) slice all the cherries and marshmallows in half, mix the lot in a big bowl and pour in the condensed milk. Mix until you have a doughy texture. Place a double layer of cling film on your counter and put dough in the middle, pull up and roll each side until you have an even sausage shape, sprinkle the coconut all over, rolling the sausage to cover all the outside with coconut. Wrap up the dough and twist both ends and put in the fridge for at least 6 hours or over night. Cut in slices and cut slices in half. .

Gaining Fat Over Christmas🎅
There are many reasons why people gain more weight during this time of the year: ❄Less activity/training from being so busy ❄Eating a lot more food than normal with christmas partys etc ❄Indulging in sweets and cakes and calorie-dense food because 'holidays' ❄Less sunlight- dark night and mornings makes you lazy ❄More drinking just because its "christmas" sure its only a wee baileys
Look at these points and see where you could make small little changes to keep your waistline down over the festive period such as...not drinking until the weekend, choose to workout with a friend to motivate you etc il be posting more on this topic tomorrow
