I was super hesitant to post this but after finding this before picture and it was almost an exact replica of this morning I was in disbelief. I have fallen off the gym train MANY times this year trust me and I always feel like I’m not making progress or I’m getting stagnant etc and especially with work sometimes I don’t make it to the gym for a week but I try and make up for it by pushing myself even harder the next week. This just goes to show that just going and trying your best is really better than not trying at all. I don’t count macros( don’t fully understand it) just eat enough and hit the gym. I just started a 12 week workout regimen and am on week 2. I said I was going to start tracking my progress on here and this kind of holds me accountable so here it is.
