Excuses are real, they are a part of life and if you think for one moment you don’t have excuses your WRONG! Everyone has excuses, everyone at one time or another let’s those excuses get the BEST of them and everyone has the control over those excuses and how they overcome them!
You can let excuses get the BEST of you, bring you to your breaking point and keep you from reaching your goals and taking action or you can STEP up beat those excuses into the ground, face them head on with no FEAR and CRUSH them one at a time towards reaching your GOALS. .
Those excuses can be a BEAST, they can ruin your day, they get stuck in your head and they can derail you from staying the course.
What you need to do is stay focused, be determined, have motivation and empower yourself and others along the way!

1. Exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy, happy people don’t kill their husbands (or kids, or a needy af dog.. can I get an amen??)💦 2. Yep! I have barely any me time!

I still haven't figured out how to fix my fitness tracker app so I can post my selfies with stats, but I DID finally get a new @fitbit and since getting it, I've REALLY enjoyed seeing how many steps I take walking the kids back and forth to and from school every day!!! Last Wednesday was my best day with over 20K steps, WOO-HOO!!! 👊

Change is something that is hard. Yes for me too, my struggles were real. I remember going to Starbucks every single day before heading to work to pick up a mocha with whip cream of course and a butter croissants. ⠀
They barista new me so well that they always saved me a croissant just in case when they got low. That covered my sweet tooth every morning haha. ⠀
Well it wasn’t so funny when the weight caught up to me. I was feeling sluggish and always not happy with how I felt. My clothes were always so big and loose because I kept covering myself up. ⠀
It’s been 2 1/2 yrs now when I finally decided to do something and take that chance on ME! I not near perfect but I sure do feel ALOT better. My energy is up, my clothes fit the way it suppose to fit and best of all IM HAPPY! ⠀
I didn’t realize how I was until someone told me that ever since you started loosing weight your a lot happier and nicer 🤔🤔😜😉😉. I get, I get! Now time to live a happier and healthier life and to continue this lifestyle that has changed me to a better person. ⠀

Making excuses to not take care of yourself is what I used to do!
My kids were my excuse! But now they ARE my excuse to take care of myself!
I KNEW I had to get my workout in tonight because if i didnt i would be so crabby at my children.
Now i don't wanna be that crabby mom!
Working on myself makes me a better mom wife boss.
Working on myself keeps me sane!
I normally train legs on Mondays or Tuesday but why?
Training the body part or group you need to put more effort into, earlier in the week allows you to train harder and more effectively than trying to hit your hardest movements last. I’ll even prioritize my nutrition like that. I always prioritize what I’m eating based on what I want out of it! 10/10 would recommend to a friend

J'ai pris l'habitude depuis un peu plus de 2 mois, de déplier mon matelas de yoga dans ma cours et de commencer la journée par 15min de yoga quasi quotidiennement.
Au début je l'ai fait car j'ai du mal à émerger le matin, et faire bouger mon corps à l'extérieur m'y aide. J'ai remarqué les jours qui ont suivi que mes courbatures passaient plus vite, que mon corps était moins rouillé dans la journée.
J'adapte ma séquence en fonction de ce que mon corps a besoin chaque matin : j'ai souvent des douleurs ou des contractures aux omoplates à cause de la peinture et du ponçage par exemple et le yoga me fait du bien.
A présent je continue car j'ai remarqué (notamment au crossfit) que j'ai beaucoup gagné en souplesse (des ischios) et en mobilité (des hanches), ce qui est un de mes points faibles.
Je ne pensais vraiment pas que ces 15 petites minutes auraient autant d'effet ! .
Et vous, est ce que vous avez une petite routine quotidienne qui vous fait du bien ? .

It didn’t take you 48 hours to gain 20 pounds, so why do you give up on yourself after such a short period of time? If you want a change, consistency is a huge part of it.
I hear all the time... “well I don’t want to spend money to get healthier.” 😳 ummm say what?!?! You just wanna spend $$ to be unhealthy AF?
Sure, go ahead and don’t bat an eye when you spend $$ on Mickey D’s and eating out every day... but put the healthiest smoothie in front of you and give you all the tools necessary to be the healthiest and best version of you, and you go ape shiz and questions everything.... tell me how that makes sense?
If you want something different, you need to do something different! You need to invest in YOU, and have some skin in the game. My husband did NOT want me spending another dime on something I wasn’t going to use or some quick fix BS.
But there was something different this time. I was TIRED of starting over. I was tired of starving myself. I was tired of being the “skinny-fat” girl. I was tired of feeling unhappy in the clothes I’d wear. I hid it pretty well, but I struggled with self confidence REALLY hard. I hid it by making people laugh and being the funny kid.
I didn’t want to be rejected anymore and I definitely didn’t want to fail. I can still hear the words that will forever be engrained in my head... “you are the fattest girl I ever dated. You’re lucky because I could be with so many other women but I chose you.”That’s when I stopped eating, and then would binge and then stop eating again. .
It’s sad that I believed those words, my inner mean girl was turned up full blast for YEARS! But within the last 5 years and staying consistent with my wellness journey, I now have the tools to tell my inner mean girl to knock it off. And that I AM A BADASS, and I AM WORTH IT!
Stop giving yourself the BS excuse. We are ALL busy, we are ALL on a budget. Times are tough and are only getting tougher. You might as well tackle these hard times with your best freaking self. 😎😘💃🏻💣
