First of all never ever try to compare yourself with others, simple because you are unique and amazing already the way you are ☺️
Diet: semi strict, once every 14 days a cheat meal (not whole day just 1 meal🙄) Training: 4-5 times a week, 3 strength training, 1-2 hiit workout
Social life: is 80/20, 80% focus and 20% once in a while a little party.

Diet: very strict, if it’s not on the meal plan you can’t have it . Very low carbs😫
Training: 6 times a week TWICE A DAY!!! 60 min of fasted cardio AM and 45 min strength training followed by 45 min cardio in PM, total of 2,5 hours per day!
Social life: sorry no social life, 100% dedication!
The difference between picture 1 and 2 is 15 weeks.
‼️There is no special magic pill or special supplements to help, it’s all done with basic food and hard training. In fact I had 0 supplements apart from bcaa and vitamin C.‼️

Today I set 75kg on squats and it’s my work weight right now! Every week I’m trying to set more and more! Hope at the summer my work weight will be around 90-95kg!💪🏼
