Bilan en ne voyant QUE le positif : pas de douleurs, la séance de dimanche a été digérée 😅, il fait tellement chaaaauuud (c’est possible de garder cette météo toute l’année ? 🤩☀️), le souffle plutôt bon, l’allure qui progresse doucement mais sûrement, le soleeeeeiiiiil encore et encore ☀️😍... .

Depuis ma rentrée 📚 j’ai eu quelques difficultés à reprendre ma routine sportive.. 🙊avec les cours, les devoirs de groupe, et.. les sorties avec les copains (merci la vie d’étudiante en école de commerce)🙌🏻
Surtout quand je commence ma semaine avec deux jours complets en cours jusqu’à 21h.. Alors comment faire ? 👉🏻 Relativiser : Je me dis que je me concentre sur mes études et que je reviendrai plus forte & motivée 💪🏻Ça permet aussi de laisser mon corps se reposer un peu 💕
👉🏻 S’organiser : dès le dimanche, je sais quand vont se faire mes entraînements de la semaine, en fonction de mes obligations 🙏🏻

I think everyone has heard the expression "keep moving forward". I mentally repeat this phrase several times during the races. It means "keep moving forward."
But this "moving forward" can have other meanings. It may be to move on and leave behind old habits, prejudices, negative things, a vicious cycle. Or move on to new goals, new challenges, a new life.
The important thing is to move on, and bring with you people who will help you to discover these new destinations. People that put you up, because down we know how to go it alone.

Today I attempted to take an @iwasborn2run style pic on the treadmill post run. This was not a good idea after leg day + 4 mile run 🤦♀️. Tried to stand, could not. So I just had to push on the sides of the treadmill and ride the belt on down until my feet were on solid ground 🤣. After a hard leg workout running is the last thing I want to do, at 1.5 miles in today I convinced myself I would stop at 2. Got to 2 miles and switched on #themove podcast (Kona recap) and that carried me through 2 more. Glad I stuck with it! Ended up with both a good workout and a good lesson today 😂. *also these are some new @lululemonmen shorts I got that say “breathe” on the front of the liner...not just “eat” as pictured here 🤣
I opened the window this morning, felt the BRISK FALL AIR and went back under the covers... Eventually, ( an hour later⏳) I put on some Dri Fit ( long sleeves😫 ) and headed out. I was thinking .. just an easy 6️⃣ .. somehow I ended up with 🔟 🤷🏽♀️ I blame my awesome 🎶playlist.
