FIND A WAY, NOT AN EXCUSE 🔥.
I was always the one to come up with excuses, but in reality I was just scared of change and stepping out of my comfort zone. Now, I’m scared of going back, I’m much happier now than I was before. I don’t want to be that girl anymore, so I WONT. I will keep pushing and stepping out of my comfort just because I will never get what I want if I don’t.
I’m still just seeing what I can do, but last night was the first time I realized this was an actual pose. Anuvittasana or standing back bend , is kinda nerve racking. I feel this is so because my core isn’t super strong. I think with anything yoga related your core needs to be strong. I felt like I was a lot further back than I thought.
I posted previous about landing this a week or so ago. With more repetition I’ll land beautifully. I hesitated twice. It’s funny how I stopped mind bend on the way down. This would’ve been BEAUTIFUL if I hadn’t hesitated.

We had an incredible weekend FILLED with amazing things, family and friends.
I couldn't believe how many compliments I got from people over the past two days. "You look great", "you're glowing", "you look so healthy", "you're so inspiring", "you motivate me".
I don't say this to brag or show off, I share it because the truth is, anyone can do what I do. It's not always easy, and I most certainly don't always accomplish everything I want to in a day, but when you're surrounded by positive, like-minded women who feel good by lifting up other women rather than pushing them down- it's sort of like finding a hidden superpower!
If you feel like you need a little push in the right direction to find your powers - take the fact that you've read this far as a sign 💫!

You know the saying “A Sunday well spent brings a week of content” right? We had a busy day but I still managed to clean up and organize around the house and cracked open my new planner to get myself set for the week ahead. What is it about a blank planner that feels so empowering? Like you can do anything your heart desires, as long as you write it down! ✅
I wrote my to do lists, scheduled my calls for the week and filled in some really important and exciting dates. NYC ✅, Scottsdale x2, Nashville. And I got straight up GIDDY. I’ve never been more excited to start a new year with my company than I am now. Knowing that some exciting things are coming, helping my team set their goals (and crush them) and thinking of all of the new people we will welcome to the team that don’t even know what kind of crazy amazing journey they’re starting. This is the stuff that I live for! No more dreading the coming work week, no more Sunday sadness. Only pure, unadulterated excitement and joy about what’s to come in my business and in my life. And I am content.
I know what I do can seem untraditional but if you’re looking for a change, any kind of change, to quit your job, take that vacation, save for that dream house or just do something fun for YOU, I encourage you to think about joining me. This company, and this team, we are going places and I’m so excited to welcome, train, mentor and guide new team members to whatever kind of goals they have in mind. With the new year and new goals, just a little reminder that if something isn’t working for you, don’t be afraid to change it up! Whether it’s your workouts or your eating habits, or even your hair care routine! I have found that my hair is happiest when I am constantly alternating my products so my hair doesn’t get too “used to” what I’m giving It. I rotate shampoos, conditioners, even masques and that keeps my hair healthy and happy. If it’s time to change up your current hair routine, message me!
Today was day 7 (which gives me a chance to throw up a ✌🏻 sign, I’m not mad about it).
Today was active rest, yoga flow. I am alllllllll about yoga on Sundays, well played @autumncalabrese I’m meal prepped and ready to rock week 2.
And also yes, you can see my rolls in this photo, and no, I don’t care 💁🏼♀️ that rolly belly held two babies, and is a WIP, but imma love it at every stage ❤️ I thought about hiding this photo in my stories, but I decided to walk the walk. So there it is. Self love!
I was given a meal plan and the recipes and was told to stick to the plan!
I had never eaten any of the meals before most of the ingredients I hadn’t even tasted or heard of. Being a fussy eater I looked at the plan and kept telling myself i love this food it’s going to taste amazing!
7 days later and I have only come across 1 snack that made me vomit! I’m super proud of myself for sticking to plan it was easy really as the meals were so good. Looking forward to another great week!

Tomorrow is a big day! Day One of a new program and time to get serious about those goals I set for myself 2 weeks ago! Grocery shopping, meal planning (then prepping), and getting our life in order to start a VERY busy week! (Having too much fun with my new markers and planners! Anyone else love to decorate their planner??) It is so fitting that this new program is all about transforming your life and your mind. I’m excited to push myself physically and see what I can accomplish in 20 minutes a day! 🚨KETO BEGINNERS GUIDE BELOW🚨
Anything is possible, you just have to start! I saw this posted on someone’s page (I wish I could remember who to give credit) but it’s extremely helpful for those who want to do keto but don’t know where to start. .
1. Don’t eat ANY potatoes, rice, pasta or bread.
2. Don’t eat any sugar, including fruit ( a handful of blackberries, raspberries, strawberries or blueberries on occasion is ok)
3. Dairy is keto, apart from milk which is full of sugar. Cheese, cream and butter are all keto
4. As a general rule stick to veggies that grow above the ground, stick to green veg, spinach, cabbage, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower.
5. Use healthy fats to fill you up, butter, cream and cheese. Mct oils, coconut oils and other healthy oils are great for vegs, sauces and meats. HEALTHY FATS are good for you. Other healthy fats include avocado, coconut oil, olive oil, and nuts.
6. Here is a sample day
Breakfast - scrambled eggs cooked in butter with bacon or sausage
Lunch - Cooked meat, large green salad, cheese and mayo or homemade Ranch
Dinner - Rotisserie chicken or steak and cream spinach with mushrooms and cheese.
7. Watch your portions and track what you eat. Calories do matter!! Get a good tracker that fits you and use it. Carb manager and my fitness pal are workable!
8. Drink plenty of water
9. Supplements! Make sure you’re getting enough vitamins and minerals. Magnesium and electrolytes are a must.

I'm a day late, but...
Yesterday was 'Make Your Dream Come True' day. Yes, it's an actual observed day!
That being said, you can't give life to a dream if you don't have an action plan, can you? I don't know about you, but I'm keen on writing down my goals and creating vision boards. I can honestly state that I've seen how powerful a visual representation of my ambitions can be. It's definitely not an instant gratification hack-- work must still be done. However, it is well worth the effort when that idea, that dream, that aspiration, finally becomes reality. ▫️
If you need some inspiration, I recommend the book 'Write It Down, Make It Happen' by Henriette Anne Klauser. I've had it for years, and re-read it more times than I can count.
