#30daychallenge Day 1:
Don’t hit the snooze. Leave your toast or fries on the plate uneaten. Finish your water then pour another right away and chug it. Take a 20 minute nap (no more). Force yourself into the cold-ass car instead of warming it up (breathe it helps). Listen to an educational podcast instead of the radio in the car (it’s all commercials anyway). Unplug the TV for a day. Sit for 10 minutes and do absolutely nothing with no stimulation (I dare you). Start a conversation with a rando. Take a pass on that drink when you get home from a long day. Do 100 squats to your couch or a chair throughout the day.
GET STRONG MENTALLY. Small but uncomfortable decisions like these will shape the way you feel, and give you the POWER and CONTROL to pass on damaging temptations.

Babying a hurt back and rotator cuff.
I’m focused more on nutrition more so because of the injuries but that doesn’t mean I won’t train.
There will be speed bumps.
I have the dedication and determination that will see me through.

The #TodayShow snatched the #TodaysTake the Today Show’s 3rd hour co hosted by Tamron and @alroker, which was beating Live with Kelly in the ratings and Tamron told them no thanks to their “demotion.” She gracefully walked out of Today with her head held high, had a fire sale on her clothes in connection with Gilt for charity and kept it pushing. She never missed a beat, not even after the formerly produced Harvey Weinstein version was in flux following #MeToo. She just kept hosting, kept smiling, kept cooking, kept hosting her crime show, kept shining and kept living her very best life, all the while her show is selling in syndication like wildfire. Then Billie Geddie who EP’d #TheView steps in to EP her show. I’m hollering congratulations for Tamron Hall, who I’m claiming will be the new QUEEN OF DAYTIME TV! 🥂.

WHAT ARE MACROS?⠀
Macros is short for macronutrients.⠀
Macronutrients are divided into 3 main categories of nutrients that make up our food:⠀
All 3 of these are essential for our bodies to function and perform optimally in all aspects of our lives.⠀
These also help us alter our bodies to look a certain way. Knowing how to tailor each of these macros to your goals is 🔑 to getting that toned and fit look or to build that 🍑 or for guys to look like a Men’s Health cover model.⠀
Almost all of these macros can be found in the foods you eat everyday: whole and processed foods.⠀
The reason so many people are raving about the If It Fits Your Macros ( #iifym) train is because this method is a way for individuals to eat and enjoy whatever foods (processed 🍩 or whole 🥦) while still reaching their goals. This is also where the factor of overall calories comes in to play. ⠀

I’ve got a DELICIOUS recipe for you - you’re gonna want to make these every. day.
Oh, and they’re quick and so easy! •Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffle•
-1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Latte Level-1 from @1stphorm
-1/8 tsp baking powder
-just enough water to get a batter consistency
Whisk the protein powder, egg, baking powder, and water until smooth (just add water a little at a time until you have a thin enough consistency to pour).
Spray waffle iron with non stick, and pour the mixture evenly.
That’s it! Makes 1 waffle.
