Never let a failure define your life, use it as a building block and move on to the next goal, if you are in the right time of life and goal dependent, go back to drawing board. Come up with a new plan of attack and bust your ass to achieve that goal. If the time has come and gone, set your sights on something else and go crush it.
I grew up wanting to play college ball, started powerlifting in 8th grade to get bigger and stronger for highschool. Had a great time, loved it, hated it, but ultimately wanted to keep playing. Only had one offer, DIII, out of state school. 12 hours from home. Chickened out, didn't wanna be 12 hours from home. Graduated Highschool, moved 3 hours away to go to College and be a student, failed at that, wasnt enjoying it and was waiting money. Came home did a semester at a state school in town. Met my now wife, best thing that ever happened to me hands down. Little over a year after graduating high school, 2 colleges later, now not in classes, working a part time job just to drive my mustang I enlisted in the Air Force. Second best decision i ever made. Now over 6 years later i don't regret a single minute of any of it. Everything I've done in my life has served a purpose. You might not see it now, later on you will look back and know why everything happened.
▪️So once again here we are. Late. Most of you are fast asleep but that’s besides the point, I post when I feel the emotion of what I deem necessary to talk about and it reaches you all in due time.
▪️Let’s talk about confidence in execution. First and foremost you have to wholesomely admit to yourself there is something within life that you want. Some of you are like “I just want a steady, decent paying job. So I can support a family and retire at 65.” While maybe you can talk yourself into this, deep down you know. You want more. You want impact, you want recognition, you want what others told you, you just couldn’t have.
▪️Admit that and you are now ahead. Now be confident, assure yourself that what you have to do to get there is okay and not everyone will understand. Be precise, execute assertively and you’ll get what you want. Let’s be real. I’m nervous and have been frightened out of my mind these last few months because I want some select things in my life. People and materialistic alike. I am out of my comfort zone but I will pursue what I want with confidence, and I will get what I want. I want you to think the same way. Let’s fucking chase the dream.

Chest routine for beginners!
Read description for tips on every exercise!!! 1.3 Sec Negative Push-Ups - go down for 3 seconds, lift yourself how you want and repeat with good form.
2.Incline Push-Ups - if you want to make it harder go on a lower surface, or if you need to make it easier perform on something higher.
3.Knee Push-Ups - to make it harder lift your feet from the ground and get your hands closer to the body and to make it easier let your feet on the ground and put your hands further.
4.Bench Dips - not a chest exercise, but we have to work the triceps separately to make it stronger, because after the chest, it works the most in a push-up. To make this exercise harder place your feet on a higher platform and to make it easier let them on the ground and get them closer to your body, bending them.
5. Push-Up Hold - an isometric exercise to increase chest activation and recruit more muscle fibers. You should try to squeeze your hands together to get the best results.
Rest for 90 seconds between sets and for 2 minutes between exercises.
Focus on the muscles when you lower yourself in each exercise and squeeze them shortly at the top position.
Tonight I want to talk to you about sleep. I need you to understand that it’s not always about how long you sleep but more about the quality of sleep you get.
Most of our recovery happens when we are sleeping. Not only that but getting a good nights rest allows us to operate at 100% the following day! With that being said, it’s better to get 6 hours of DEEP sleep rather than 9 hours of decent sleep.
Usually people have trouble getting to a deep sleep because of high stress level, cortisol being the main culprit.
This is where Core-21 comes into play.
Core-21 is a sleeping agent to help reduce stress hormones (like cortisol) and get you to the deepest sleep possible. This allows you to get the most out of your sleep and recovery every night.
So whether your trying to optimize your performance in the gym or just trying to be better rested every night... core-21 is a phenomenal product many people can benefit from.

After the weekend I had, I needed Monday more than anything. Leave the funk of last week behind me and start fresh. Always look forward to the fresh start Monday brings, but more importantly that sweet pain my coach brings 💪🏻 Nothing chases away troubles like a good pump. #filthypump#obesetobeast#fattofit#neversettle#fatasstobadass
Confident, intelligent, stubborn, and flawed. But self sustained and loyal to the core.
I make no apologies for who I am and you shouldn’t either....keep that crown straight, love yourself, and whatever you do, never settle for less than you deserve and don’t ever let anyone else make you feel like you aren’t worth it #queenshit#neversettle
Last workout of my 27th year is in the books. Sure I could have a long story about how great 27 was ( which is was), but I’m always someone that’s looking forward for the future. Im always excited for my next year because I always set new goals for myself. Every year of my life has been better as a whole.. sure there are always bad things that happen, but the good far surpassed the bad! Happy to have another day and year on this earth! 28 is gonna be one hell of a year!
Love seeing people getting back in control of their life! Keep up the good work man! Your story is inspirational!! # #Repost@insecure_2_confident with @get_repost
So its another episode of #WeighInWednesday but this time is different. So if you follow my stories probably seen I'm on vacation. So does that mean i'm taken vacation from my diet and workouts? No! because i'm going to use the cliche line and say its my lifestyle, but it truly is. We started in the Pocono Mountains, took my bike, went on a hike and also got in a #C25K training run in. We left the poconos, dropped bikes off, repacked and headed to the shore. While at home I weighed myself yesterday at 3:47pm and weighed 302.6 . .
That is 104.4 lbs total, 4.3lbs lost since last week. I haven't missed my supplementation, on my nutrition about 90% and 100% on water intake and activity. .
If you want something, you have to work for it or on it. Things aren't always going to go the way you want but you can either get knocked down or take the hits and keep moving forward. This is not the vacation we originally planned but we are blessed to be on a vacation. Not everybody gets these opportunities so i'm making the most of it. Swipe over and peep my #vacationstack.

Also I want to note that i'm still not happy with what I see in the mirror but i'm not hating what I see. I use to hate staying in hotels and having to see myself in all the mirrors. Hated it, truly hated hotels and the bathroom mirror you can't hide from. Can't wait till I can be fully confident in that image I see, closer everyday.
