I am afraid. I am afraid that all the change I am about to experience is going to be overwhelming and yet I understand that to become what I can be I have to die. This version of myself has to die so I can be reborn into something else. This is my belief and I also believe this to be true when I’ll leave this plane of existence to become something else. Cause I as you am energy and energy never actually disappears - it becomes something else.
Been thinking about this lately:
Whenever I feel fearful of change or embarking on a new endeavour I imagine meeting a future me who's been there and done everything already, who looks at me with full confidence and reassures me that only when I embrace change in my life with open arms will I be able grow and experience new & wonderful things. Knowing this and that every new endeavour I'm fearful of is actually the dawn of a life changing experience is what makes decision making so much fun.
Use this when you are at a crossroads with a decision to be made or simply when your heart say yes to something (future self guiding you for the better) but your head says no (ego trying to fight for it's survival by keeping you attached to the same old routine of being in your comfort zone)
And know that your future self is willing you to follow your intuition and go with your heart as new changes are what keep you fully present, feel positively alive & constantly have that insatiable thirst for life. .
