Drove out to Mammoth Lakes last weekend to check out the fall colors. Fall colors were in full effect and had an amazing day at Lundy Canyon and Convict Lake. Afterwards decided to catch the sunset and shoot the milky way here at Hot Creek Geological Site. Although there was some light pollution due to the moon being out, the milky way still came out pretty clear. Overall had an amazing weekend and definitely will be going back, probably during the winter season after it snows. —-
Shot details: Actually kind of messed up with the settings, it was the first time using the Sony A7iii and I didn't realized it was on APC Super 35 mode until I got back home. The image quality could have been better but lesson learned. —-
