TRAINING PARTNER is someone who really has to push you beyond your limits mentally and physically! You don’t really need a man to support your heavy exercises, a strong woman is good enough as well!
This is the first time me lifting 40kgs for shoulders each side and I’m very sure I wouldn’t have done 8REPS without she saying “CAN CAN CAN CAN” at the back!
So many people have asked me “BRO HOW DO YOU TRAIN WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND? CAN SHE REALLY SUPPORT YOU?” I always tell them you don’t really need a man to have an intense training session with! This video is the proof!
ONE MORE TIP, to those out there who don’t have time to spend with your partner, START TRAINING TOGETHER! Me and @pashini1711 , We meet 5-6 days a week IN THE GYM FOR 2 HOURS despite all the busy schedule. GYM is the only place we spend time the most. It was difficult in the beginning but as the training becomes an addiction we both tend to spare that 2 HOURS compulsorily! In a way you’ll GET FIT & BE HAPPY with your partner!
Lat Pulldowns 💪🏼 using my XBar from @xbarfitness
targets the latissimus dorsi, which is the muscle just under the armpits and spreading across and down the back. By isolating the back muscles with this exercise, you can focus specifically on them without tiring out the biceps or triceps. It's important to target your back muscles to help with proper posture and to ease pulling movements

There are so many reasons to get an online coach:
1) you want to workout but you have no idea what to do
2) you know what you're doing but you want to have someone do the thinking and planning for you
3) your schedule is too unpredictable and too busy to meet with a trainer in person
4) gyms intimidate you
5) you want a program that takes into account what you do as a musician
And on and on.
For a limited time, I'm giving a FREE downloadable copy of my book, The Musician's Essential Exercises, to anyone who signed up with me for online training.
Questions? Drop us a line or DM us! Don't settle for just any trainer, train with one who GETS you, as a musician, because she is one!
When the masses mainly praise one body type, It’s so easy to get into comparison mode and beat up on ourselves. How are we supposed to celebrate our own less-than-perfect bodies with all this external pressure all the time??? The struggle is real🤦🏻♀️
Here’s 8️⃣ things I’ve found that have worked for me to feel confident and connected to my body, regardless of whatever body type is trendy at the moment. Swipe 👉🏻
Let me know how you feel confident in your body too💕 It might help someone else😘 You are much more than how big your butt is or how small your waist is. Remember that🙌🏻
Please don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal! 👏
I'm guilty of beating myself up. Ask anyone... I am always very hard on myself and have always had a hard time being proud or happy with myself. Most days I think that I'm not good enough. I constantly have to take a step back and remind myself that I'm trying my best! I know I'm not alone in this thinking, so I hope this can serve as a reminder to those of you that are like me.
Try your best to clap for yourself more often. Be proud of every little step you take toward your goals.
