12 Days of Christmas
Here are my ‘Top 12 tips to help your family get more sleep!’🥰
Tip 1️⃣ Nutrition
Is my baby getting enough food (milk and/or solids) to feel satisfied.
Whether your baby is getting enough milk is always a concern for mums.
Your baby, is different from your sisters baby, and your next door neighbour’s little one so avoid comparing! All babies grow and develop at slightly different rates.
✔️All babies will lose weight after they are born
✔️This is generally returned within 2-4 weeks
✔️Majority of full term babies double their birth weight around 4 months
✔️On average 14 month olds are close to being 3 times the size of their birth weight
✔️To help keep your mind at ease, have your baby weighed regularly by your local child and family nurse
✔️Some chemists have a local child and family health nurse visit one day a week/fortnight where you can also have your baby weighed for free and no appointment is necessary

It never lands on 'well rested' dammit.
Current mood after this Monday... What is it about the holidays that just wipes us out?! Just wishing my sheets were as precious as these Grace Crib Sheets. TAP image to shop the sheet (and matching swaddle + changing pad cover). 📸: @cassanola
