Always humbling when people ask me advice about the gym, dieting, leaning or bulking. I never give advice on a subject and claim to be well educated or a "trainer" by any means. I just eat like shit, bust ass in the gym and give pointers when requested, to the best of my knowledge. Everything I know, I've been told by someone I trust or read at some point in my training path. La col es la base de esta receta de jugo verde que, además de ayudar a detonar la grasa extra, refresca y hace bien a la salud
3 hojas de coles
1 litro de agua
Pelar las naranjas.
Cortarlas en pedazos y quitar las semillas.
Coloque en la licuadora.
Añada las hojas de coles bien lavadas y con tallo.
Añadir un pedacito de jengibre.
Completa con el litro de agua y bata todo.
Después, coja, añade edulcorante a su gusto.
Sirva con mucho hielo.

Same t-shirt which is going in the bin after I've worn it down for breakfast this morning! A difference of 4 months from when I weighed 26st 4lbs (368lbs / 167.3kg) on 9th January 2019, to today, where my last weigh in on Sunday was recorded at 20st 13lbs (293lbs / 133.2kg).
It feels incredible to be taking 2019 by the balls and absolutely smashing it. I'm currently enjoying myself out in Bulgaria where it's 23°c and above during the day and I'm a lot more comfortable in the heat than I've ever been. I've walked for miles and whilst I'm definitely sweaty, it's not a patch on what it used to be. Need to buy some non-black clothing though - silly goth!
Back at my heaviest weight, I used to get looks, stares, people nudging their friends to look at me and laugh... that all seems to have stopped back home. Not sure the Bulgarians have seen an almost 21st long haired lout in compression stockings before though as I'm getting so many stares it's unreal!
I'm not bothered by it though, I'll never see these people again in my life, and if I do, they'll probably not recognise me as I'll be buff if I ever come back here. Yes, I just used the word "buff" and I'm digging it. #sueme
You may have seen in my story yesterday that I hit the gym and completed week 3 run 1 of #Couchto5k - I was so tempted to make the "I'm on holiday" excuse and not bother, but I've eaten a lot out here. I've started my third season at @manvfat in Leyton, so I'd rather not let down my teammates by putting on weight next Tuesday.
I'm still enjoying myself though; the food is great, the weather is beautiful and I'm catching the sun (look at my left arm that's holding out my t-shirt if you want to see some of my white bits)! For those of you who voted no to me going to the gym yesterday, you're the real MVPs - take a bow!

Set yourself a very attainable goal. Once you have accomplished this, tick it off your list and set to work on a new goal. Keep going in this way, setting and achieving small goals. It's a great way to build up your confidence, setting you up to tackle ever more courageous tasks.
I love this work out because it’s so simple and so effective even people with busy lives, 2 jobs, and five kids can find the time to do it.

This mean you have to be able to hang with the long distance runners, you can’t get left behind by sprinters, and you can’t get shown up by powerlifters. You have to be able to survive, day in and day out without quitting and without soreness or injury. Once you are overly sore and/or injured it’s GAME OVER.

These little Chicken Snitzels are the yummiest and easiest to make, and they are so much healthier than ones from the shop. Home made for the win! .
So first I preheat my oven, 220 degrees and get it nice and hot, I then set up my area, baking paper my trays, get my eggs ready, 2 x beaten eggs in a bowl big enough to lay the chicken breast in. I cut my chicken breast straight through the middle in half.
I then sprinkle a plate with almond meal. I use almond meal as the crumb for the snitzel, it’s great for you and it gives the chicken a wonderful nutty flavor. Aldi didn’t stock the almond meal I was after today, so I’ve picked up LSA mix, which is a mix of linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds, and I think it will be a bit of a change and absolutely delicious! .
So after you’ve dipped the chicken in the egg mix, then pop it onto the plate with the almond/LSA meal and coat both sides.
I then pop the completed snitzel ready to cook on the baking tray. .
I then add my herbs and spices. .
Today I used- salt, pepper, paprika, vegeta. Sometimes I also add garlic or chilli. .
Pop these into our 220 oven and bake each side. 45 mins, then turn, then 20 mins. .
I team these for dinner with a garden salad or mixed veg, and my husband adds brown rice to his plate. .
I also drizzle a little soy sauce or sweet chilli just before I eat. .
I’ll post the after pic tonight before I have dinner! .

Happy Thursday. Are there any bullies in your life? How do bullies operate? Usually it is through fear and intimidation. Bullying can begin very subtly just as in other forms of abuse. Someone looking at you in a contemptuous manner, being dismissive towards you, disregarding what you have to say, treating you as irrelevant. Over time your confidence gets eroded and can then result in you not even making feeble attempts to defend yourself. And this may then lead to an escalation in the bullying.
With children it can be their lunch being taken at school, not being included in games or being roughed up on the playground.
With adults in the workplace bullying can take place when a supervisor refuses to give you any recognition for your work, excludes you from projects, pulls faces when you make a legitimate request or can deliberately lie about you to make you look bad.
When this happens it can be so painful. Shame can stop people from speaking up, but it is important to let someone know what is happening to you. It is important to confront the bully if it is safe to do so. Most of the time the behaviour will stop if the bully is called out on it. If you see someone being bullied say something, and dont participate. It's a complex topic and I will continue to share other aspects of it because the effects if bullying can be devastating.
