Monday morning squats! I noticed my entire body is getting back into the gym vibe. The first week, weights were really heavy, now I'm moving back towards where I was. This was my last set today, I put 6 up. 2 weeks ago I struggled with 10 kilos...Pretty happy with today. Monday's are the hardest day of the week, it's all downhill now. Except for all my report cards that I have to finish for 70 students.

No more modifications here! I haven't counted how many I can do in any amount of time, quantity wasn't my goal.
Quality was. Now, after today, I will start to count, to create new goals in increasing my numbers.
And as an added bonus...this works the abs too 😉

Getting it done first thing this morning...well 2nd thing. (Jax had 6:30 basketball practice). Have a pretty big to do list for my day off, so getting things checked off bright & early! New week. New goals. New accomplishments.
