We want to thank @leighmrussell and @jackrussellep for creating the incredible community at F45 Mornington. We are so grateful that they decided to follow their heart and took the risk in the beginning. We will miss their encouragement, support and "can do" attitude, but know they both are continuing to do great things in the Swimming Australia and AFL world.
Swipe across to see the hard work, sweat and lifting it took to put it all together. We are thankful for what you started and wish you all the very best on your future endeavors. Love from us at #teammornington ❤️🥰💪
…...and in those moments can be deep sorrow and despair. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have you lost someone you care about like the death of a loved one, loss of your pet, loss of a relationship or breaking up with your partner? Have you experienced losing your job or important possessions, your parents separating, or a change to your way of life, perhaps moving to a new city? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When a person experiences a life event the loss and grief that follows is a normal response that we go through. It can be overwhelming mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually and everyone’s response is individual. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It can take time to adjust to living our life without that special person, animal, thing or way of life. Often people feel they should be able to handle the grief on their own, or can be unsure as to whether they do need to seek professional support for their grief. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is not unusual through these upsetting times to turn to some less than healthy habits to help numb the grief and pain but these give only temporary results and prolong the grief, while causing possible problems over time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Working through grief takes time and the process itself is an important one for us to go through. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let me help you to understand your grief and help you move through your pain in a safe and healthy way. If you or someone you know is experiencing loss and grief, call me on 0418533745 so we can make an appointment, or visit www.pointsofhealing.com.au ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What’s not to love about the Mornington Peninsula, VIC? Especially when there are small seaside villages like Blairgowrie to explore. Take a seat along Bridgewater Bay and wait for the sunset to roll in ☀️ Great snap, @chrishooleyphotos!
Not only was the food and location incredible at @montaltovineyardandolivegrove but so was the food 🍷
There was a few veggie pizza options and they even catered for gluten free despite it not being advertised on the menu! 🍕
And to top it off, the Piazza overlooked the stunning vineyards. What more could you want! Definitely visit if you're on the Mornington Peninsula sometime!
