Agility training then speedwork in the wet and muddy field , but somehow I manage to run faster than last week on the track.
Last week pace was : 6:43mins/km
This week’s : 6:20mins/km
Hmmmm 🤔 I think it helped that I was paired with faster guys than me and I really didn’t wanted to left behind 🙈
