Setbacks make for bigger comebacks right?
This is the third / forth time I’ve had this injury or something very similar. Went in for a tackle yesterday and my knee buckled; straightening it hurts, walking with a lot pain but myself and LJ got up went to the gym with some difficulty🤣
This won’t be the last injury due to football and will not stop me smashing workouts or playing this year.
Better mindset every time something comes up.

And in the end, it’s a better you to be a better friend, daughter, son, wife, boyfriend, and most importantly: a better self to yourself

this is my current stretching routine- it’s not pretty, the transitions aren’t smooth, and it’s not really impressive or intricate but it’s what’s working for me right now and that’s what matters.🤓
It’s easy to get discouraged when you see just how far away you are from your goals but it’s important to remember to never compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 20.

Today's cardio workout, I burned a little over 500 calories! It was: 25 percent Incline on the treadmill at 2.3-2.5 speed for 20 minutes + 30 percent Incline at ~2.3 speed for another 10 minutes! A total of 30 minutes! 💦 BURN BABY BURN! Feeling unstoppable💪🏻
