STRESS AWAY + CHRISTMAS SPIRIT = CHRISTMAS VACATION.
Diffuser Blends aren’t my spiritual gift... I like to keep it simple, so I tend to do one or two oils, max. 😉 So when @lifeingrace said I should try Christmas Spirit + Stress Away, I was like, “okay, twist my arm, you tropical Santa paradise.” JUST TRUST AND GO PUT THIS IN YOUR DIFFUSER RN. #tropicalchristmas

Outfit details ♥️ the outfit itself didn't last long 🤦 Soup was very quickly added as an accessory (not recommended! 😂) The polka dots belong to a gorgeous Cassie and the striped amazing-ness is a Classic! Such a great way to pattern mix and a black Sarah tied it all in! It was super cute on my Jaxon bump too!
There are several new faces around lately, so I wanted to introduce myself and let y'all know who I am and what I'm about.
I'm Mackenzie. I'm a wife to an amazingly supportive husband. I'm a mother to 2 obviously incredible kids(who are sometimes aholes for transparency). I'm a public school bus driver as of recently. And I run my oily business, too.
Some fun facts about me?
1.) I'm a huge introvert.
2.) Please never call me, we all know how to text now.
3.) I'm a lover of all hippie topics. Let's talk about all the things.
4.) we homeschool and garden
5.) I've struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety for nearly 4 years now.
6.) My favorite drink currently is lemon water.
I'm excited to get to know you guys! Please comment and let's chat!!
Have you ever been accountable to someone? If you have, you know that you are committed to that person and you don’t want to let them down! On the other hand, if you are facing a challenge alone, it’s easy to give up or slack off, because you won’t have the guilt of facing the person that you are accountable to (except for maybe your conscience). If you really are ready to get healthy, you need to have some accountability in your life and one of my accountability groups can give you that! Are you ready?
You have it in you 💗
It takes courage to start something new that requires you to walk away from what you have known for so long.
It takes courage to open up to new horizons to see the changes you never thought possible.
It takes courage to look at your life and to start working on making it better because you know that there is more to it than what it is right now.
It takes courage to admit you need to take care of yourself and to make yourself a priority.
It takes courage to not care about what others might think of what you are doing. You know deep in your heart that what you are doing is good for you? Go for it! By the way, you do not need to justify yourself!
It takes courage to pursue the dreams you have, to make your vision come true.
It takes courage to ask for a helping hand, to ask for guidance.
Sometimes it takes courage to get out of bed.
Every day, you show courage. Whatever dose of courage you need, I know you have it in you.
And when you need an extra dose of encouragement, I am here for you 💗
You don’t see a lot of pictures of my little ladies any more. Just pups, oils, and random things. Because, well, tweens. 😏
I ask their permission before I post anything about them out of respect, and more often than not, I get shot down.
But this I can share. Allie is wanting a sewing machine for Christmas so very badly, and we told her she needs to spend some time sewing with her Grammy before that kind of investment is made. So she sewed me a little pillow and made me a very special card to seal the deal.
Even if she is trying to butter me up, this card brought me to tears and means the world to me.

I don’t think he knows he’s so dashing
My man pulled through this weekend...and I wasn’t even worried!!!
Kids did amazing, they all LOVED the time they shared together
And I learned that my husband is also looking to partake in the journey of self-empowerment!
No lie, it completely threw me off for a moment...I GOT SUPER DEFENSIVE
I thought he was stepping on my toes
Yet, taking that minute to reflect, I realized how AMAZING this is for both of us as individuals and as a couple
Can you sense the excitement??

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change ~ The courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference ✨ #acceptance
I’m going to give you a protip today on how to get something from someone else.
Maybe you want to partner. Maybe you have a question. Maybe you are hoping for an opportunity. Maybe there’s something wrong with your order. Maybe you’re asking a favor. There are a few steps you can take to make whatever you want from someone else easier.
1. Don’t ask for help for a product you’ve purchased from a fellow business owner over Instagram or Facebook. Try email instead. Same goes for favors. Get to the person you want help from by emailing them.
If that entrepreneur has an employee the chances the right person sees your need for help buried in a list of DM’s is low. Instead email them. You’ll get even faster help when you use the correct email for help from the website.
2. Don’t give your whole life story. If it takes the person you’re asking something of longer than 2 minutes to read, it won’t get read thoroughly. Give a short background, remind them how you’re connected, give facts, ask the question. Short.
3. Don’t shame them if the answer isn’t what you want it to be, especially if you’re asking them for their time or resources. If you get pissed about it that’s a sure way to never get them to help you. Sometimes no is the right answer for them and that’s okay.
4. Avoid putting someone on the spot to do something for you with another person around. Ask your questions privately or you can easily breed resentment if they feel forced into yes.
5. Be clear about what a yes can do for them. If they say yes to your request, how will it help them? What’s the WIIFM (what’s in it for me)? Remember that every entrepreneur is working to build their own business for their own reasons. Know the benefit and let them know.
6. Do not ask of someone else what you can do for yourself. You can do it, don’t make someone else do your dirty work.
Go forth and ask for what you need to move yourself (and your business) forward.
