This little girl turned 5 months old last week and Mommy forgot to post! I am enjoying all the poop blow outs, night wakings, and no naps - seriously - because this time goes by so fast! She will never again be as little as she was today 😭
Our girl is rolling all over the place, is sitting up longer and longer each day, and is reaching for our food when we eat near her! She gives the biggest smiles, adores her brother, and is interested in everything. This month she celebrated her first Halloween, crawled backwards and saw her first snow! ❄ I am so grateful every day that God chose me to be your Mommy❤
One Month. How is our baby boy, our final piece to our little family already a month old? You are the sweetest little baby. You LOVE to eat. You love your big sissy and smile at her when she holds you or talks to you. You love your swing. You hate bath time. You hate for me to put lotion on you and you hate cold wipes. Me, trying to be a good mom and stick to my attachment and peaceful parenting convictions while also hopefully raising boys to be good men and teach my 9 month old to let me sleep more than 2 hours a night. I'm literally sick from exhaustion and I NEED him to sleep more. 💤😴🙏
Best sleep blend EVER!!! My friends please do me a favor and diffuse this for sleep sometime soon. The smell is absolutely beautiful, but these oils together create the most relaxing atmosphere. .

Luchas para 😴 Dormir ⠀⠀
Problema para muchas familias. Si si les pasa, aquí hay varias cosas que puede hacer para facilitar la transición del 🌞 a la 🌚 para su pequeño.
Establecer una hora para acostarse, antes de que se canse demasiado.
Dormir a la misma hora todas las noches puede ayudar a su cuerpo a establecer un buen ciclo de sueño.
Establecer una rutina para irse a dormir. Les encanta la previsibilidad y saber qué esperar a continuación. La rutina puede ser tan larga o tan corta como deseen, Ideas: un baño, cuentos, bocadillos, cepillado de dientes y oraciones especiales o ‘te amos’. Crear un buen ambiente para dormir: cómodo sin distracciones electrónicas, (TV,tableta,celular). Los artículos de transición, como un animal de peluche, luz nocturna, una manta especial o una foto de la familia al lado de su cama, pueden ayudarlos a sentirse seguros cuando salga de la habitación.
La música o la televisión en la habitación pueden dificultar que se duerman. Devuélvalos a su habitación: si su hijo ya está fuera de su cuna y en una cama grande para niños, es posible que ocasionalmente tenga un visitante durante la noche. Puede ser tentador cuando está agotado dejar que su niño se acurruque con usted, pero el mejor lugar para que ellos (y usted) puedan dormir es en su propia cama.

Let’s talk about how this chair has been a life saver ! I will say we are not disappointed in this purchase! If there is one thing you are willing to put a little extra money towards in your nursery, a comfortable cute recliner is a MUST! Oh #beautykitchen sleep mask, you are such a welcome addition to my life right now! I'm almost feeling like the @triyituk team knew something I didn't when they sent me these goodies as they've definitely picked me up after another rather trying week!
As I'm getting older I'm finding it more and more important to not only look after my skin, but also to take the opportunity for some self care and a moment to myself. Often the best opportunity for this is in the late evening, whilst my little sleep thief is recharging her batteries for some 3am partying!
This night mask from @beautykitchen not only feels amazing on my skin, but its blend of essential oils really does help to relax me into a pleasant snooze, maximising my precious sleep time! I’ve had a hard last 2 days and to be open with you all, it was still really hard to get myself to workout today. I’ve ate horrible lately (still no sweets though Woohoo! #5tothrive ) and my energy levels have been close to non existent.
As hard as it is to start working out again after 4 days of not doing anything, I KNEW I had to get moving today. It’s only been 4 days and it’s hard for me! 🤦🏻♀️
If you want to start working out and haven’t done anything for years, yeah it’s gonna suck in the beginning. Yeah, it’s gonna be hard to get moving. Yeah, the motivation might not last. But you can’t use these as excuses to just not even try to start! Your body has been sedentary for so long. You have to start out slow and work your way up. #justdoit Just DONT give up! And when you fall off the wagon, get your butt back up and start again!!! .
