Quick 15 min prep of Beef stir fry...beef, veggies, pam spray and jasmine rice.
1. Thin lean cut of meat marinated for 2 hrs in soy sauce, cajun seasoning, garlic and sriracha. Cook with pam spray on med/high heat for 3min set aside.
2. Whatever veggies you have on hand (broccoli, string beans, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and shredded carrots. Add to pan with pam spray on med heat and season to taste ...cook for 5min until warm. Set aside.
3. Left over jasmine rice...heat and serve in a bowl.
My portion was 1/2c rice, 1c veggies (have as much as you like) and 3oz beef...in that order. Happy Birthday to one of the greatest women in the world, one of my best friends and the queen herself, Amanda Smith (my mom). She has been the salvation for me since birth and more of a protector of my dreams than I have been myself.
She is something of a beautiful phenomenon. Enduring years of racial prejudice as a teenager, putting her life at risk to give birth to my brother, displaying great work ethic, beating breast cancer, and taking care of multiple people while holding a job.
I make to call her, tell her I lover and give her roses in words. Enjoy your day!
You know what I love most about #shaunt ‘s newest program @transform_20 ?? The fact that I have to track EVERYTHING on a daily basis. Everything from my water intake to nutrition to my fitness progress and most importantly SLEEP! 😴 It might sound crazy to track so many individual little things on a daily basis, but what I’ve learned from going through this program 3 times now is that tracking everything is GENIUS 🤓 The smallest of things can throw me off for the day. Lack of sleep was definitely one of those things today (thank you @netflix 🙄😂) Transform:20 has changed my life on a daily basis thanks to a sweet little tracker that forces me to write down all of my habits for the day. This tracker has helped me fine tune even the smallest of inconsistencies that help me perform better when I’m focusing on improving them.🔥
We can’t perform at our very best on a daily basis by focusing on just one area. We HAVE to want to improve all around- mindset, strengthening our body, daily habits, sleep, etc.... For your Monday motivation, I encourage you to start today by tracking your daily habits and continue for the rest of this week. I felt very emotional today. One of the main reasons why I have a love for this new 20 minute program we are doing is having the ability to do as it is intended.
If you are new to following me I struggle with fatigue and chronic pain. I am not able to do high impact jumping. So majority of the time I modify and combined with healthy eating I've been able to achieve my goals.
I had someone tell me "You're actually getting stronger" which honestly bothered me a bit. Cause I've BEEN SRONG but my strengths didn't fall under his definition of strength. Just because I can't jump doesn't take away from my strengths. Difference now is there is no crazy jumping in this program. We all have our own definition of strength and no one should ever tell you you're not because they don't know the struggle or the strength it takes to simply show up.
So be kind. Remember you don't know someone's struggles. And celebrate every stride and every step you take. And know that YOU ARE STRONG despite what anyone may think!

This 20kb whopper was my weight today but you do NOT need to use your baby. They can be happily playing next to you or sleeping away in whatever contraption you can get them to sleep in!
Start off with 20 reps or each exercises and repeat for as many rounds as you have time for! SWIPE FOR EACH EXERCISE 👉🏻
One of my favorite things to do is to spend time with my crystals with the frequency music going in the background. It truly is a zen full way to start or finish my day.

In life and in business you cannot be unwilling to change or at least try new things. From day 1 of the bakery I swore NO FONDANT! As time has passed I can see that I’m limiting myself and our business so I set out to find an alternative. Cue MARSHMALLOW FONDANT! 🌩🌩 It’s homemade and actually edible unlike most store bought brands. It’s super light and soft. ☁️☁️ I think I found my alternative 🥳 I’m also determined to try regular homemade fondant, but until then I’m over the moon about new possibilities with this stuff! ✨ The same can be said for our spiritual lives. I've always played by the "rules" got straight As, was geeky good girl, went to college, graduated with no debt because I worked my butt off and ended up with a "good" job.
I was an overworked and under appreciated catering manager. Sure It paid well but it sucked the life out of me. I had no purpose. I missed my family, missed a lot of my baby's milestones and didn't spend much time with my hubby @jflothecoach2 like at all!
Over two years ago I decided it was enough, take a risk and do something scary and against everyone's very strong opnions. I quit my job. We gave up a lot of comforts and things we didn't need so that I could come home and work from home while I took care and spent time with my babies.
I've stepped out of my comfort and make an income from home. I've become the mom I intended to be. I enjoy time with my hubby. Traveled. Met new people. Found my purpose. With a lot of effing hard work and consistency!

The Princess will be here any day now so when the boss said to kick back and relax this weekend I thought of self care that I know will soon be neglected for up to a year once Riley arrives. I shaved today...that's a huge deal 🤦♀️, I colored my hair, got a pedi, waxed my eyebrows and gave myself a 90% lactic acid facial peel. I'm very practical and self sufficient... it took up maybe 2hrs of my day, saved me $100's of dollars, but it made me feel fresh and new. Ladies/Moms, it's ok to take a time out from laundry, dishes, work and kids...remember you can't pour into others when your cup's run dry. All the reasons and TO DOs are 💯 valid! You actually do have a million things that need your attention. Your house 🏡 does actually need to be cleaned. ✨———————————— But aren’t we so much more valuable to those around us when we are WHOLE? 💯Maybe that’s not the gym for you, maybe it’s something else but I’m here to ask you, ARE YOU SHOWING UP for your life?
