Repost from @acehjayatouristdestinations
Lokasi. Ceuracheu Eumbon, Sarah Raya, Teunom, Aceh Jaya. #ajtd#wisatalamno
•Let’s just say this self timer moment was vv embarrassing to say the least. I was standing still whipping a scarf at the camera and a group of runners completely come to a slow walk right in front of me, and I had no idea they were there till it was too late :)

I can’t believe hiking season is basically half over... when did that happen?!
I should probably introduce myself. Who am I?
1) I love animals especially my 2 rescues. My loyal dog, Jade, who has my heart and a wildly mischievous, spastic cat named, Lil Bit, who consistently entertains us.
More about them next post.
2) Favorite foods: Spicy food, Lemon anything, Fish tacos
3) I have visited more National Parks than most and have a goal to see them all! I have 7 states left to roadtrip to.
4) After a couple failed relationships, I decided to do all the things I wanted that I couldn't while I was a couple. Solo Travel and roadtrip all over the U.S. And...I loved it! I do not feel I have missed out on anything. I feel that I have learned to explore more, be empowered, take chances, and if there is somewhere I want to go...I just start making plans.
5) I realized I was putting off things I wanted for so long, they were forgotten. Don’t. Make a list, everything you always wanted to try, visit, learn. Start doing them, now. Your only regrets will be those things you didn't do.
6) I have an SUV that I converted into a makeshift camper. I surprised myself in that it was entirely enough. Checked off all the following: bed, heater, frig.,dog bed, cat bed, cat playpen, generator, skylight fan, tent, portable changing room/solar shower/toilet room, window herb garden, camping/hiking gear, first aid, plenty of clothes/shoes. Had the time of my life and could literally camp most anywhere. Its funny how when you challenge yourself, you realize, you dont really need much to be happy.
My long term hope is to get a larger camper (with a shower) or a small RV for traveling and hiking all over, forever. Yes, digital nomad, working outside, with my loyal dog, Jade, and our mischievous cat, that is the life for me.
Have you been here? When we began the day, we had never even heard of this place. But on one of our stops along the trail, a fellow hiker just happened to ask if we had plans to make it to this basin. After a few others throughout the day confirmed it was a must see, this extra hike moved right to the top of our list. We set up camp, donned our lightweight packs, then set off for the extra ~7 mile round trip trek it would take to get here. On the spur trail leading to this spot we ran into some new friends we met earlier in the day, and were bummed to hear that the trail was so grown up and brushy that the views were pretty obstructed. I felt the need to carry on anyway, and before long a couple large rocks appeared just off the trail, above the foliage. I scrambled to the top and was treated to one of the most mind blowing scenes I’ve ever encountered: waterfalls in every direction, tumbling from the towering cliff sides, loud enough to drown out the quickly growing swarm of mosquitos around me. My father-in-law snapped this photo of me taking it all in. We took a few moments to marvel at the place, and the fact that we were getting to enjoy it mere hours after learning about it. Leaving unplanned time on mountain adventures pays off in many ways. We really enjoyed this one 😊

One of the more beautiful lakes in Oregon, during a beautiful sunrise.

Happy sunday! So during my last week conference at Jakarta, getting my own printed photo latte (and a face reveal) in the summer was worth during debugging. Coffee has been a part of my daily life for productivity work from various beans, tastes, and their uniqueness. Will update more on stories, so stay tuned!

Tbh the thing I miss the most about home is heading to the beach with my main girl on days off and hanging out for golden hour just the two of us. Not too much of that these days. Grateful for every experience I am having and for how AMAZINGLY challenging this summer has been. It’s been absolutely incredible, but still I’m a little homesick.

A glacier spilling over into the lavafields along Iceland's Southern coast. You can see the cars passing on the ringroad.
Walking through the hoodoos of Bryce Canyon is nothing short of magic ✨This was shot on Queens Garden Loop trail, which is one of my favorite hikes there 😎

I fall back in love with the Canadian Rockies every single time I come back to this wildly beautiful place ❤️
My friends and I spent the evening hanging out at this tranquil alpine lake as we snapped some photos, watched the sunset and took the paddleboard out for a ripppppp 🏄
I think I may have found my new favourite spot out here. Swipe through this set to see why! ☀️

At first seeing all the fog I was somewhat bummed. We had hoped for a clear sunrise and the mornings golden hour. But then the trees cleared and the moody scene was just as beautiful.

I love mountains. I love the ocean. I love cute towns. Is there a chance that northern Norway was designed just for me...? 🤔
