—————————————————— I wish I had a picture of the internal struggle this morning and how many times I almost went back to bed while getting ready and even while I was warming up. So mentally hard.....but we try....and sometimes when we try, we crush the workout👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 1.5 miles up/down

yesterday I clocked up my longest run for 2018 ... if you can call it a run ... there was a lot of walking ... but I got it done and now I have a bit of a rest before Kangaroo Island Marathon ... I’ve pulled up pretty sore through my quads calves & shins & really would love to spend the day in bed sleeping ... but that’s not going to happen 🙅♀️ ... just need to remind myself today how much I love marathon training 🤷🏼♀️
