Here we go. After working my ass off to get where I am, I’m naturally moving onto my next dream. Since freshman year of college, I went full-force in pursuing a successful career in advertising and I did just that.
This next chapter is something I’ve always wanted to do, but never had the guts to drop the mic and actually do it. I have my parents’ work ethic. My dad has run an independent record promotion company for the last 35 years and my mom, a successful realtor for 15 years. With retirement in my mom’s near future, I decided to take the skills I’ve learned in advertising, along with my work ethic and join forces to learn from her and to help grow the business in the Minneapolis area.
If you had asked me a year ago if I would ever veer off of my life’s supposed trajectory, I would’ve laughed and thought you were insane.
Cheers to diving head first into the unknown and taking advantage of all that life has to offer, even if it’s not where you thought you’d end up.

How stunning are these newly released renderings of ALIA? 😍😍😍 Yesterday more details were revealed about the exciting project planned for a site just across the river from Downtown at 200 Central Avenue SE. New details show that the $170 million condominium tower will have 214 units ranging in price from $450,000 for a one bedroom unit to more than $4 million a unit on one of the highest levels.
The building will include 3 levels of underground parking and 3 levels of above parking along with ground floor retail space that will house a restaurant by Ryan Burnet. Residential units will begin on the second floor and extend all the way up to floor 40. Residents will have access to a number of different amenity spaces spread throughout the building including a rooftop amenity deck that will feature grills, a fire pit, pool and more.
ALIA Tower was designed by Minneapolis-based ESG Architects. The building sports a modern design that features large expanses of glass and metal along with natural stone elements near the building's base. ALIA is being developed by Minneapolis-based ALATUS.

Our house is on the market which is exciting, but bitter sweet. We’ve put sooo much into it over the years, but it’s time for someone new to make some memories with it. It’s super convenient (2 blocks) to the light rail in the hot Standish-Ericsson neighborhood, lots of development happening in the hood, one of the best elementaries in the district. It has a really private yard & lots of perennial gardens, super cute updated space that’s gotten a lot of love over the years, lots of storage... it’s pretty great. And if you buy it this weekend, I don’t have to clean again which is 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. MLS link in profile. #minneapolisrealestate
This summer I was called to consult on this home that was sitting on the market for awhile. I am consistently seeing a lot of 80’s-90’s built homes sitting on the market because they don’t match today’s design trends. There are a number or inexpensive things you can do to this age home that can update them. In this home, we simply painted the brick to give it a more modern curb appeal. Realtors/ Homeowners, call us for a consult before you list. Www.ravishingrooms.com BTW... this home sold in 2 weeks after re-listing. #colorconsulting#minneapolisrealestate#minneapolisrealtorconsulting#curbappeal#homestaging
