Quit complaining. It’s people out here who don’t have clean water, while you drink your $5 coffee from Starbucks and take 10 minute showers and you are complaining!
Grind as if your mortgage and dinner depended on it. Don’t cheat the hustle and your field, respect it and go get it. Work is what will get you where you desire to be, not talking!
A conversation with my tears -
Tears - "Drip, Drip"
Me - "oh hello tears, I wondered when you would turn up, I knew you would, but I didn't know when"
Tears - "I've been with you all the time"
Me - "really?!? ..... I've not seen you?"
Tears - "yep! Remember when your mate made up that funny song '1 tit Wend with a 2 tit friend!' "
Me - "yes that was so funny" 😂
Tears - "well I was there, you had tears of laughter"
Me - "Yes! Yes I did !" Tears - "and when you joked with your friend that if you 'popped it' you would leave him the most annoying thing you owned" and he replied "that will be you then"
Me - "omg yes ! My belly hurt laughing !" Tears "I'm always with you! Through the good and the bad, I never leave you"
Me - "ummm I see, can I ask you something?"
Tears - "yeah sure"
Me - "well I think some people thought sad tears would come earlier, I don't think they understood when you didnt"
Tears - "some people need tears earlier and some people don't, we go where we are needed"
Me - "So you went to the people that needed you instead?"
Tears - "exactly! we went where we were needed, at the exact time we were needed, to the exact person that needed us"
Me - "that's so cool!, So I don't need to worry about weather you should or shouldn't be there then, coz you know"
Tears - "exactly"
Me - "it's kind of strange because I always feel better when you come, happy or sad times, and you are right you always come at the perfect time when I need you"
Tears - "yep we heal wherever we go!"
Me - "ummmm can I ask 1 more thing?"
Tears - "yep"
Me - "if you could try and avoid my mascara on ya way down I would really appreciate it lol"
Tears - "LMAO 🤣 no way that's the best bit!" Me - ......... Crying with laughter 😂
WE WALKED ACROSS A COUNTRY!!! (Legit walked across Spain➡️ for 38 days our only mode of transportation was our feet 😱). Yesterday we made it to kilometer zero, otherwise known as “The End of the World”.
What we should have seen here was ocean views in nearly every direction. Instead, we had the heaviest fog you could imagine.
After walking 900 kilometers the fog was just one more story in our journey and we all found it pretty hilarious. I was just happy to finish with some of the wonderful people we have met along the way. Somehow, the Camino always provides 😉
The only plan for the next few days is to sleeeeeep!

As it turns out, I’m having trouble breathing here in Breckenridge, CO because of the altitude (14,000 ft)! Luckily I have my inhaler and also this little oxygen bottle from Walmart! I was thinking about this today. I knew I had asthma and I guessed I would probably have issues so I brought the tools I needed to accomplish my goals to be here because I knew I probably couldn’t do it on my own. So many times we stay stuck in fear and we stop ourselves from going for IT, when we think there might be obstacles in our way. But what if I had stayed home out of fear? I am at alumni group retreat where we have all gone through a program to heal our wounds from our past. That program changed my life and I infuse the lessons I have learned into everything I do, personally and business wise. If I hadn’t come, I would have missed out on meeting alumni from different classes who I can already say will be forever friends. I would have missed out on the sessions we do here to heal new stuff that has surfaced since we were here last. What does heal your stuff mean? It means doing the inner work, taking time to reflect and identify why things trigger us to feel sad, angry,frustrated, invisible, etc. This is a powerful experience and if I had let myself stay home out of fear, I would have missed this amazing city, these amazing people, and amazing growth. Here’s to all of us growing every day! 💕❤️💕P.S. It’s very interesting to me that almost everybody looking to get into shape is doing the same thing.
Looking for a good diet and exercise plan.
Trying it out for a few weeks.
Not seeing the results.
Then they think back and believe that it was the strategy that they were using that wasn’t working.
Though many times I know it was the strategy.
However, most of the time I know that wasn’t the main issue.
In reality it was the mindset that they had around the strategy.
Mindset is the most underestimated part of our health and fitness journeys.
Most people overlook it and that is why they fall of the program.
I’m gonna give you all a freebie.
In my opinion, the best way to improve your mindset is the believe that the goals you have are possible.
If you don’t truly believe it can happen then you will never be able to feel the joy it will bring to your life.
Without being able to really feel how happy you would be when you hit your goals.
You will never find the drive and motivation to continue in the process.

Comparison. What a buzz kill! It’s so hard sometimes to remember that my journey is unique to me. Just because I may have taken a bit longer to get to where I am today certainly doesn’t mean I’ve failed. And it certainly doesn’t mean I’m giving up! ⚡️
