Let’s talk about progress. I just finished a 6 week workout program where I worked out 20 minutes a day and was supposed to follow a simple portion controlled meal plan. .
The scale fluctuated daily telling me I either lost or gained about 3-5 pounds. Because my nutrition WAS NOT on point I assumed I wasn’t making any progress during the 6 weeks. I was feeling a bit defeated. .
Then I took my photos this morning and I was like yeah, there’s a little change, nothing too dramatic but it’s progress. Started feeling a bit better about these last 6 weeks. .
Then I took my measurements. I’m down 7.5 fucking inches - 3 in my waist. Say what?! When the hell did that happen and how did the pizza & donuts & chocolate not prevent that?!
And last but not least, after I finished my workout, I looked at that calendar that tracks my progress in moves throughout the 6 weeks. They kept moving up, which meant I kept getting stronger, faster & fitter throughout this program. .
Now I’d like to remind you, these workouts were 20 minutes a day and my eating was not on point. Could you imagine what could happen with full commitment?!
If you’re ready to commit to yourself MESSAGE ME. I’m not here to talk you in to helping yourself or sell you anything. I’m here to help guide you to a path where you can help yourself, because I can’t workout or eat for you.

I’m slowly building my mileage back up after a cutback week. It is amazing to see how a week with less miles really does change your training mentally and physically. Long run on deck for tomorrow!
2 up, 5 @ 7:40pace, 1 down
the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust
I have full confidence in these workouts and all that I have learned about nutrition these past 4 years- but I haven’t always and it hasn’t been easy
I was more nervous than ever, before starting my postpartum #4 journey
My body was softer, bigger, more stretched, more tired, more weak, and severely lacking confidence in all that was available and all that I had learned
Everything I knew and everything that was available to me had worked before- so why not now?!
The biggest reason....I had unplugged from the supportive, uplifting community that I had been so deeply entwined with
I had gone through some super crappy months, I let negative thoughts about myself and my ability flood my mind
I got to a point where enough was freakin enough
I could go on feeling sorry for myself and not believing that anything would “work” for this postpartum body and time in my life
I could use all my effort and energy to ChAnGe my thinking and TRANSFORM myself back to the real me and ultimately a stronger, more diligent, more capable ME
So here I am....almost done with 6weeks of working out and eating foods that fuel my body and make it stronger (with some treats mixed in too ☺️)
6weeks deep into something I didn’t think would do a darn thing this time around
6weeks fully committed and 100% all in
I can’t wait to show you the external changes I’ve gone through come Monday....but I hope you’ve also seen the internal changes that have been happening these 6weeks as well by following me through this journey
Postpartum is just a term- one that should be read like this.....the STRONGEST you’ll ever be in your life 👊🏼
It’s been awhile since I’ve spend a Friday “mostly” all day at home. It’s been a crazy quarter with so many exciting things happening but sometimes I just need to sit alone in the quiet to gather my thoughts.
I’ve been feeling a lot of pessimism lately...telling myself why did I sign up for a spring marathon, why did I take on this and that, why can’t school just be over with.
I have been trying to work on my positive thinking to change these thoughts. It’s been more than a year where I’ve been working on this for myself. A quote that speaks to me is “Pessimism leads to weakness, optimism to power.” So here’s to a Saturday full of adventures, a run, and more positivity.
Learning! Since #titangames I have had to learn a LOT of hard lessons. It has been brutal to say the least! I have had to deconstruct my entire body and try to put it back together with new techniques!
I was broken inside so badly and I thought by pushing my body harder and harder that it would get better but that was a terrible idea! Instead I kept getting worse, my ruptured discs in my back, my gallbladder, my adrenal system all of it never had a chance to repair because I kept pushing harder and harder! Until finally late Jan into Feb it gave up! I was in constant pain nonstop for weeks! I couldn’t eat, sleep or get relief! I realized I finally pushed to far! It broke me down, it hurt, I lost almost 20lbs.
I realize now that I’m better I need to reconstruct a new body! A smarter more efficient one! I have to give my new body a chance! Fight the fires inside my body, give my broken body a chance.
Mentally I’m strong enough to force my body to do things I know I shouldn’t be doing. So now I have to learn to control my mind even further and harness all this desire to become better and use it to heal efficiently and effectively.
I’M COMING BACK HARDER THAN EVER! I AM BECOMING SOMETHING TOTALLY NEW! Beyond the limits I’ve ever know. It starts now! Everyone’s support is incredible! I appreciate you so so much! @brookeweisbender thanks for sticking with me through all this!
RISE OF THE TITAN! #mindovermatter
Yesterday I was off which made this my second Saturday morning!! 😍
Saturday’s are my fav bc I have no alarm ⏰clock...after a very productive day yesterday, cleaning my room for 3 hrs and setting up office space..I needed a few things from Target..got out of there for just over $60!!! (Success in itself). Scored this kick ass mug that literally cracks me up. (@pounder72 you know why!!) I got an amazing night of rest..probably from burning 895 calories according to my ⌚️ which is the most I’ve ever burned in one day...(thanks to @shaunt 1 hr workout yesterday) I woke up to self reflect, read some PD... and grow a little bit more into the person and leader I want to be.
I have 1 last workout to complete to finish this program..but this morning it’s just a little bit more coffee and personal growth! 📖☕️
What’s your plan for today??
It’s okay I was off track, in a funk, and uninspired with myself for a about a year.
We’re all human, right? .
Not anymore - .
I’m committed - I climbed - I conquered this 6 week program, I DID not think I’d finished 🔥
For me, it’s mind over matter. I’m not going to be a quitter! 6 weeks of a mind transformation! .
Welcome back to myself ❤️
I’ll be starting another round soon, anyone ready to transform your mind?
Tag four people you want to see this 👇 this weekend, try to do something for someone else to lift them up. It’s so important that we give back to others. Make them feel loved. You never know what somebody else is going through, and even if it feels like the smallest thing, it could make a world of difference to that person. Spread the love!

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this hard working woman @allie_ooopp
No fads, no food groups excluded.
No pills or magic potions.
This amazing woman just spent 5 days in Mexico enjoying tequila + desserts while fully enjoying herself and NEVER feeling deprived.
She weighed herself when she got back as was DOWN another 4lbs. Yes, on holidays! She continued to apply the principles she has learned from the nutrition program which allowed her to make mindful choices, feel full and satisfied at every meal AND enjoy indulgences too.
This nutrition program works and it DOES NOT exclude carbohydrates, wine or treats.
Ready for your own transformation?

It's a very simple equation yet people get blinded by complex equations or wrong, misguided information!!
ANY goal requires effort & time (give yourself time to reach a goal and prepare for setbacks, obstacles and challenges AND effort... If you put in 80% don't expect 90% results!!
Lastly, if you have trouble being consistent week after week then you may need to re-evaluate your goals. As a coach, I don't modify or make drastic changes in a program if consistent actions aren't there or we re-evaluate goals and modify from there!
Time+Effort = Results 👊🏻😊
Açaí bowls- it’s like ice cream for healthy people. 💁🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I’m just a runner, wishing I was running. After all this time, I still haven’t learned how to do this thing called “rest days.” Send help.
Swipe to see that raw emotion after finishing my program today 😭
6 weeks. 36 20-minute workouts, one reason. Just like that. I am a #TRANSFORM20 GRAD! I am forever changed ✨ This program has been a complete mental shift for me. Better and stronger all around. “There’s a moment of validation that comes when you cross that finish line.” @shaunt
So what’s next? I’m not in this for the quick fix. I’ve tried that, it doesn’t work (shocker). This is all about a sustainable lifestyle. The beauty about my program is that I can pick another one and start right back up again along side my team of babes.
You are capable of the hard things, but you’ll never know unless you try. #transformyourlife

What brings you peace of mind? There are a lot of tried and true relaxation techniques, but if those aren't optimal FOR YOU, you shouldn't lose hope. It's a great opportunity to start paying attention to those moments where you feel most care free and work on incorporating more things into your life that leave your mind feeling at ease. Remember that self-care is not one-size-fits-all, and if a self-care tip doesn't resonate with you, move on and try something else that does.
I died..... Today was a 60 min Shaun-a-thon. .
It was the most mentally challenging workout of the entire program. It pushed you like you've never been pushed before. But seriously the absolute most rewarding feeling of all time. . .
Today truly showed me how far I have come not only physically but more mentally. Everytime I got tired I pushed harder. 6 weeks ago I would've pushed stop and completely gave up. NOT today, today I am in a whole new place. For the first time in my life I am PROUD of myself!!! .
I can truly do this!!! I can't wait to see what round 2 brings. @shaunt#beproud#youcandoit#challengeyourself#mindovermatter#fattofit#fattofitjourney#shauntkickedmyass#shaunt#transformyourmind
One of the most frequent excuses I hear is “I’m too old”... too old to look good, too old to train hard, too old to not have aches and pains, too old to feel great, and too old to have fun.
Sorry to ruin your pity party, but I’m calling you out!
You’re not too old! It’s just another story you've been telling yourself.
If you want to see examples of older people without excuses, you don't have to go far. Just check out #fitover40 & #fitover50 to get a glimpse of the amazing hardbodies that are the envy of even 20-smthg year olds.
These fit people aren't complaining about the way they look or feel, because they’re doing something about it. They are working. Hard. Every day!
So while you're making excuses as to why you can't, they're meal prepping, showing up at the gym, and likely having a great time, because they have the confidence and energy to do anything they want whatever their age.
The good news, however, is so can you! It doesn't matter how much weight you gained, how dismal your health, or how poor your confidence level, you can do something about it! Even if you suffer from autoimmune disease or chronic Illness, you can still improve your health and appearance by changing the way you eat, incorporating the right supplements, and moving your body.
It's not too late until it's too late! Don't miss out on the life you could have and the happy, confident person you could be. Do something about it. TODAY!!!
If this spoke to you, tap on the link in my bio, click on this post, and check out my NEWYOU program. It will give you everything you need to realize your potential, look great, feel amazing, and live a happy life without regrets. DM me for details.

2 weeks have passed since I stopped my diet and supplementation. So, no whey protein, or glutamine or creatine. I feel a bit weak while working out now . And, this is my first attempt at 160kg deadlift (2.5 times my own weight). It feels so good when you're still able to challenge yourself and set new milestones. Mind over matter baby, that's the key. 🤘🏻🏋️♂️ #deadlift#350lbs#mindovermatter#discipline#strong#focused
Our trip to Nashville 2 weeks ago for Leadership Summit made a huge impact on me personally as well as in my business and my goals.
We had the extreme privilege of being trained by Brian Biro. Haven’t heard of him? It’s worth your time to check him out. Our mindset is a powerful thing! “WHAT WE FOCUS ON IS WHAT WE CREATE.” Our energy flows where our attention goes.
If we focus on our fears, we will never push past them to get to whatever it is we desire. We had to write our fear on one side of the board, then the names of people who would benefit from us breaking through that fear on the other side, along with what it would bring in to our life once we broke through that particular fear. Brian Biro told us we would ALL break a board with our hands at the end of our mindset training day. I had my fears of actually doing it. And in front of 500 of my peers and leaders in the company no less!! 😱
We entered a room where 59 “board holders” stood around the room. Our group cheered us on, chanting our name and clapping. Before it was even my turn, I became so emotional just knowing what my fears were. I wasn’t alone! Some were more petrified than even I was and I got to cheer them on to step up and break their boards too.
I broke my board!! It took me three tries but the important thing is I didn’t give up! I smashed the heck out of that board the moment I looked past the obstacle and focused FORWARD, through all the tears. Breaking this board represented so much to me. Watching and encouraging people to break through their fears is a powerful thing!
Don’t focus on the conditions and memories from your past. Look up and smash through what’s holding you back!!
Sometimes you just need to chill the f*** out. In below -100°C / -200°F.
My cryotherapy experience was quite something! First two minutes fine. The last minute got hard.
"how much longer?"
5 seconds later
"Now how much longer?"
"IT'S ONLY BEEN FIVE SECONDS?"
It did feel exhilarating and I had a lot of energy afterwards. Not sure if I'm feeling the muscle recovery benefits but maybe? I would do it again.
This little friend was in line for coffee this morning. #frog#cute

Less then a year ago i went with my team @trumomentum to a event Called OverComing Obstacles put on by @jaredg4christ the 15ft Wall was the biggest I have saw and the first attempt is me failing up close the second is me getting it from further back! Well today I was with Jared at Joshua middle school working a event and I got the Wall with no run up! Failure is not in falling failure happens when you don’t get back up! What seems impossible today can be be done tomorrow or next year! With Faith, determination, HardWork and the undying Will to always get back up you can do anything!
The phrase "mind over matter" was first used to refer to the increasing status and evolutionary growth of the minds of animals and man throughout Earth history.
It may be said that, so far from having a materialistic tendency, the supposed introduction into the earth at successive geological periods of life — sensation, instinct, the intelligence of the higher mammalia bordering on reason, and lastly, the improvable reason of Man himself — presents us with a picture of the ever-increasing dominion of mind over matter.
— Sir Charles Lyell, 1863
While this phrase has more recently taken on a variety of meanings, we love the essence of its original use.🤓
As humans, we evolve. In intellect. In instinct. In sensation. This is what separates us from the physical matter of the earth — our mind.🧠
🐬Igor Charkovsky, a Russian male mid-wife has assisted in over 20,000 underwater births, but in 1979 he began experiments with dolphins and children.
His daughter, one of the first modern water-birthers, was in her late twenties when the following incident happened. Charkovsky and his team had taken a woman to the Black Sea for an underwater birth.
In two feet of water, preparing for the birth, suddenly three dolphins approached, pushed everyone out of the way and took over. They scanned the length of her body (with sonar?), which somehow relaxed the mother and child and gave birth with no pain or fear.
Apparently all the human midwives were pretty shocked. This opened up the new practice of ‘Dolphin mid-wivery’ which may sound strange, but fits in with the new breed of super-children that are currently coming in to existence.
For some reason, dolphins are attracted to pregnant women and young children and as most people are aware, the dolphins can also help heal people with mental and psychological problems. But the children, who are being born with the aid of dolphins, at least with the cases documented in Russia, are extraordinary children.
Most of the have IQ’s of over 150 (genius range again), plus extremely stable emotional bodies and strong physical bodies. They are superior in one way or another.
Humans are meant to give birth in water. Some three decades of research and the experience of thousands of births has shown that underwater birth is better for the mother and for the baby. The mother is supported by the water which permits her relaxation and easy movement and during delivery of the baby from the womb to water, the buoyancy of the water supports the baby’s brain and protects it at its most vulnerable time.

What do you do for a living ?? I’m curious ! ⤵️
Colossians 3:23- “whatever you do, work at it with ALL your heart, as working for the Lord and not human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” 🙏
