The pursuit of many. Everyone deserves to be happy and at peace. Regardless of what your definition of happiness is. You deserve it.
I stumbled upon this frame work at some point a year ago while diving into some Buddhist themed books. It was unsettling in a sense because a light bulb realization turned on inside me. That I don't have to continue seeking for others to give me what is already inside me. I just have to look in a different light. For me I've realized most of my happiness comes from a sense of confidence.
My parents raised me and helped me through school, friends provided comradery and those I've had relationships with gave me appreciation and affection. I grew up thinking I had to get happiness from things and other people. I thought I needed certain people and materials to be confident. In doing this, my confidence became unknowingly attached to others: My parents, the friends I had around me, my first serious LTR with my ex-girlfriend, my job etc.
When the realization hit me, I wrote in my journal about how most of my confidence was external. What if I lost everything tomorrow? Lol now that is not likely to happen but the thought exercised a point. I needed to stop looking outside and look inside or else I'd never have a true foundation.
So here I am reworking my frame and foundation. Still going and looking inward. To realize what is already inside of me. My confidence. My happiness that no one else can give me, but me.

....Как это работает? Не мне знать. Что-то стало происходить: закрылась долгожданная сделка, взору открылись новые горизонты. Так, вместо того, чтобы резко отказаться от ставшего уже привычным уклада жизни, которая меня кардинально не устраивала (я уже понял, что чем меньше резкости –– меньше дерзости), я начал по крупинке освобождать свое сознание от предрассудков, перестал оглядываться и выстроил невидимый заборчик, оберегая свое личное пространство (ЛП). После духовных практик я понял как создавать новые нейронные связи в голове, находить хорошие привычки (которые сами станут вытеснять плохие). Я всецело доверился интуиции и, как выяснилось, она тоже очень по мне скучала. Так запустился процесс возвращения домой –– к себе любимому.
Параллельно освобождаясь и открывая себя Новому миру я ждал весточки –– сигнала, который подскажет мне куда идти дальше. Запрос в космос был уже направлен. Оставалось "отпустить ситуацию", вернуться в состояние потока и ждать обратной связи. И ответ пришел. В виде визуального кода. Наверное потому что я визуал и благодаря тому, что я вспомнил как мечтать. Но код не был ясным. Его еще предстояло расшифровать. Я еще не научился визуализировать пространство до мелких деталей. Но я знал, что смогу сделать это на интуитивном уровне.
"Раз уж я поймал амплитуду, то пришло время действовать", –– подумал я...
Началась зима (которую я не переношу в Москве). Но так уж исторически сложилось, что декабрь в моей жизни –– это не просто последний месяц года, но и месяц глобальных перемен и я из последних сил готовился к нему. Я был так одержим идеей Освобождения, что разработал Стратегию.
Проникнувшись философией минимализма, за одну ночь я выбросил все лишнее из своей жизни (включая половину своего гардероба), освободив место для Нового; совершил ПОБЕГ с одним чемоданом, тремя сумками и собакой. Проснулся с опустошенным сознанием и видом на Патрики, на время обретя территориальную независимость. Процесс перезагрузки был завершен. It's been on my heart this weekend. Balancing God, others, and yourself. 🌿 When you learn to treat scripture as your first outlet for advice, stress, uncertainty, and treat God as your mediator, counselor, and guide, it becomes more natural to consider others, and to treat yourself with patience and kindness. 🌿 I know it's easier said than done, but don't dwell on your situation. Give it to God. Instead of ranting to your bff through text, give it to God. Instead of sitting around and asking yourself what to do and how to do it, ask God. 🌿 Honestly it's so easy to just go on Google and search "Bible verses about ___" and you'll find something about anything, if you don't know where to start when consulting scripture. 🌿 How you treat a situation affects those around you. If you're stressed, upset, depressed, angry, etc., those who love you will absorb every bit of that. 🌿 Please remember that you're not the only one going through a situation. Work together and communicate! 🌿 And finally, it is completely okay to take time on your own. Read a book, watch a good movie, work on a coloring book, have a bubble bath. Whatever you need to do to feel calm and take a break from everything. Resort to things that won't hurt you, or anyone else. 🌿 Myself, I love to sit outside and listen to music for a long time, watch a movie from my childhood or a chick-flick (lol), or spend time singing along to karaoke videos on YouTube. :P 🌿 I wish I could have worded this post more eloquently instead of saying things you've probably heard a million times already, but nevertheless this is what has been going on in my life recently and I wanted to talk about it. it’s an art of living. accepting things as they are. because they are bound to change anyway. everything is a constant change. creation and destruction. continuously.
it will be 10 days of silence again. no communication, no facial expressions and eye contacts. just observing oneself. the sensation. bringing all my focus to only sit and mediate. no notes or journaling. no reading or taking in information from outside. deep and serious inner work. healing. my sadhana.
I know, thoughts will run wild. memories will come back. and plans for the future will arise. there will be moments when soft tears will roll down my cheek both in gratitude and sorrow. overflowing love and moments of loneliness. physical pain in aching body. and unexplainable lightness.
there is fear and there is excitement. I have been there before. but now, I don’t run away from daily life and work. I have the freedom. and it makes it harder. but there is also a sense of allowing it to just happen. no more wondering or doubting. it’s much greater freedom I will gain.. namaste. ∼

As an #HSP, I've always had a hard time enjoying a shared experience if the person I'm with isn't. I feel everything deeply, the highs and the lows, and often forget that not everyone is this way. In fact, most aren't.
I'm deeply affected by the energy of others and feel like it's my job to improve their experience if they aren't finding as much joy in it as I am.
I've finally realized recently that this is not my job at all. If I'm worrying about someone else, I can't fully be present and may actually impact their experience in a way that I'm not meant to.
What I can do is create the space for others to feel whatever they're supposed to feel, and focus on being present.
Giving yourself permission to do this can have an immediate impact. It definitely did for me.

I wouldn't be able to do alot of things, but I just love proving them all wrong. I have such a resilience inside of me that its contagious! Full moon feels 🌚 I had the gift of attending a beautiful full moon ceremony last night with my Balinese friend and the high priest in the Forrest near ubud Bali. While the sky didn’t show the glorious moon in all her glory she was so present and powerful .. the rain was a cleaning and it flowed so beautifully .. the highlight was climbing the stairs to meet the beautiful Durga normally known as goddess shakti she was showered in a beautiful light in all her glory .. welcoming me with all her love .. her many hands touched me to impart her wisdom upon me I was so blessed and I am of service to help and heal others as I continue my journey .. love to you all ❤️🙏🏼 #shakti#durga#blessed
