I got rid of the scale this month with my team (I don’t really weigh myself that often anyways lol but am doing a solid month of #noweighmay with them) and while it doesn’t look like a HUGE change in these pics they are only 3 weeks apart and these shorts FEEL so much better! And I’ve even washed them so they aren’t as stretched out anymore😂 I know the scale can be a great way to track progress for some people, but for me... screw the mind games that thing can play I’d much rather use clothes and pictures as forms of progress🤷🏼♀️ Don’t know if I’ve lost weight, maintained, hell maybe I even gained some🤷🏼♀️ But what I do know is little by little I’m feeling more comfortable in my clothes again, they are fitting better and I feel great!😬
