MY KILLER LEG WORKOUT🤭 .
So on Saturday I absolutely destroyed my legs so now it’s time to destroy yours!
HARD LEG WORKOUT
Start with glutes activations!! .
- Leg press heavy x 4 sets. Then into 4 minutes of ongoing work, 30 seconds on hold the weight while resting the other 30 seconds continue until time is up..
. - Romanian deadlifts x 4 supersetted with Db Romanian one leg deadlifts keeping constant tension 10 reps on each leg. .
- Smith machine glute thrusts, light weight. Go for 5 minutes. 30 seconds on hold the contraction up top whilst resting for 30 seconds. .
- Leg extension heavy weight 10 x 4, super set with lunge pulses for 30 seconds. Complete last two sets with a drop set. .
- Lying hamstring curl 10 x 4, super set with calf raises.
And if you can move your legs and glutes afterwards you didn’t go hard enough 👊🏻👊🏻 .
