If you are feeling resistance, it’s okay. Many times people assume they shouldn’t be feeing the way they do. This magnifies that very feeling of resistance. Instead allow yourself to feel what you do. The paradox is that in allowing yourself to feel the way you do, the resistance begins to fade. Allowing is the cure to resistance. Allow the thoughts to be there and observe them. Thoughts are neither “good” nor “bad.” They simply are. We give them meaning and if we make them important we magnify that meaning. Reduce the meaning by surrendering control. If you are stressed with you job, allow it to be there and observe the thoughts. If you are stressing over a relationship, allow yourself to feel the way you do, and allow the moment to be. Observing takes away the emotional change and also decreases importance. Always remember who you are. You are more than your thoughts. More than your circumstances. More than a label. And more than “who” people think you are. Observe the mind, decrease the importance you give to your thoughts and you will feel more free than you ever have in your life. Much love✌️
